I’ve been obsessed with pull ups for a decade now. I train pull ups just as I do my squat, bench and deadlift. Pull ups are a primary strength exercise I train them with low rep sets using bands, chains, and other unique loading options specifically with an EZ curl bar on the feet I use at least 4-5 alternative grip variations just like I train 4-5 squat, bench and deadlift variations If you want a big back, and arms BTW, make sure you’re training pull ups Be on the lookout for my pull up guide in the very near future

Here are 3 of my favorite workouts to grow my back - Pull ups + variations of pull ups really is all you need for lat width. - Rows + variations add the bulkiness - Lower back extensions can be done on back day or leg day cause it does effect ur hamstrings

There are very few big guys who can lift their own bodyweight. What makes this even crazier? He casually knocked out a pull-up in between.

Gyms closed so I’ll find another way. Door-mounted pull-up bar, probably one of the best upper-body compounds you can do are pull-ups 20kg vest to add to the difficulty.

NEW: Senator Mazie Hirono says making FBI agents pass a pull-up test is "harsh" because there are women with "physiological differences" who can't do them. Hirono: "Are you requiring these kinds of pull-ups?" Patel: "If you wanna chase down a bad guy and put him in handcuffs, you better be able to do a pull-up." Hirono: "The reason I ask is that there are concerns about whether or not being able to do these kinds of harsh pull-ups is really required of FBI agents." Patel: "Doing one pull-up is not harsh." What a joke.

PRO TIP for pull ups: -To get your first pull up (or more pull ups) listen in on this for MORE pulling power. Simple and effective. You will notice a difference immediately. You're already stronger then you think!

Been doing pull ups since elementary school I’ll do pull ups until the day I die I have this irrational fear that one day I’ll have to pull myself up over a cliff edge to save my life so gotta practice daily in the event the happens lol

Pull-ups are internal-rotation dominant. Protect your shoulders by setting up right: ✔ “Break the bar” (external rotation) ✔ Core tight ✔ True dead hang ✔ Slight chest lift ✔ Depress shoulders as you pull Better position = stronger, pain-free reps.

Chin-ups feel easier than pull-ups for a reason. It’s not just grip — it’s anatomy. In a chin-up (underhand grip): - Your biceps line up better with the force → they actually help pull - Your elbows stay in front of your chest → pecs assist with stabilization Result? The load gets shared, so the movement feels smoother and you can usually do more reps. Save this if you train back 👇

“Grok, pull over” was just the start. I’ve now added “Grok, turn right up ahead” and “Grok, turn left up ahead” to my setup. Here’s a demo of it in action!

Only 2% of women in world could do pull ups effectively. And only 10% of men. To pull up your body weight, is a core strength program.
