You know that moment when you're testing video models and something just... floats across the frame that shouldn't? Yeah, Kling 3.0 apparently got tired of that too. Fast Company's piece on the new Chinese models actually gets into why Kling feels different. Not because the pixels are prettier — but because stuff finally moves like it has weight. Gravity exists. Objects occlude properly. A car turning actually follows an arc instead of just... teleporting sideways. Someone in the comments called it "directing instead of gambling" and that's exactly right. Old workflow: type prompt, pull lever, pray the physics gods smile on you. New workflow: you actually have some damn control. The character locking thing is huge too. Elements feature lets you upload a reference video and it holds identity across shots. No more "wait why does his face look like a different person now" every time the camera angle changes. For short-form series creators, that's basically a "we'll fix it in post" delete button. Still detectable if you pixel-peep. But here's the thing — the threshold moved. Average viewers? They're not gonna catch it anymore. Only the 24/7 screen-staring crowd is still in the "definitely AI" camp.

Tip.. pre-vis in 480p, the models are excellent now, upscale to 1080p then again to 2k.. 4k is a novelty. Unless you’re playing it on a screen you’re burning cash and time with no upside really. Unless you like lighting money on fire 🤣 this is 480p, absolutely nothing wrong with it and I got it faster at a quarter of the price. A lot of my work you’d never know it was generated at 480/720 and upscaled, lol. Work smart, not hard, especially against your wallet. 🤘😎

🚀 Update Next Scene V2 only 10 days after last version, now live on Hugging Face 👉 🎬 A LoRA made for Qwen Image Edit 2509 that lets you create seamless cinematic “next shots” — keeping the same characters, lighting, and mood. I trained this new version on thousands of paired cinematic shots to make scene transitions smoother, more emotional, and real. 🧠 What’s new: • Much stronger consistency across shots • Better lighting and character preservation • Smoother transitions and framing logic • No more black bar artifacts Built for storytellers using ComfyUI or any diffusers pipeline. Just use “Next Scene:” and describe what happens next , the model keeps everything coherent. 🧩 Try it directly in ComfyUI, or check the thread to launch it on fal . Open-source, no restrictions, made for filmmakers, animators, and dreamers. ComfyUI #AIcinema #LoRA #Flux #Qwen #ComfyUI #AIart #GenerativeVideo you can test on comfyui or to try on you can go here : and use my lora link : start your prompt with "Next Scene:" and lets go !!

BREAKING: SpaceXAI has released a major new update for Grok Build (v1.0.14) Grok v1.0.14 is a reliability and workflow update for the Grok CLI. It makes OIDC token refresh proactive, lets PostToolUse hooks send feedback back to the model after tools run, adds per-turn token and cost tracking via grok usage, and cuts Windows downloads by about 70%, with a large set of fixes that tighten sandboxing, subagent handling, hooks, and startup. Features: • OIDC token refresh is now proactive by default for better reliability. • PostToolUse hooks can now provide feedback and context to the model after tool execution. • SDK-registered PostToolUse hooks now provide model-facing feedback. • grok usage now shows persisted per-turn token and cost data. • Retry status in composer and title now shows a short reason for the retry. • Models can now declare a different identifier for each reasoning-effort level instead of always sending the same id. • Prompt suggestions now respect remote configuration and default to the current session model. • Windows CLI downloads are now ~70% smaller using the same compressed sidecars as macOS and Linux. Bug Fixes: • grok inspect now correctly shows Claude bypass locks as advisory rather than enforced. • Subagent sessions no longer leak threads or file descriptors when the parent is busy. • Cold startup no longer performs duplicate remote settings fetches. • Compaction failures due to context size now degrade input instead of retrying identically. • --sandbox strict now restricts writes to ~/.grok/sessions only. • Subagent spawning now waits longer on a busy coordinator and shows clearer retry guidance instead of "unreachable". • Failed task and todo tool calls now appear in the transcript instead of disappearing without a trace. • Composer status row no longer collapses or flashes when using double-Enter to send now. • Session close is no longer delayed by a single slow hook; each SessionEnd hook now has its own timeout. • Hook removal in the extensions modal no longer offers actions that the handler will refuse. • Interjections during a turn are now delivered atomically or not at all. • Subagent tasks no longer get incorrectly cancelled when the parent session is waiting for completion. • Workflow detail view now closes the overlay on X or outside click instead of returning to the run list. • Resuming subagents now succeeds for larger transcripts that still fit the model context with headroom. Performance: • Startup now fetches remote settings only once per boot instead of potentially twice. • First message on large repositories no longer waits on repository status scan. • Large session memory no longer blocks the agent during turn completion or subagent spawning. • Signed-in CLI starts faster by serving remote settings from a local cache on warm boots. claude fable 5 is live. spawn 5.0 was built with it: 1,687 prompts, 102 sessions, my job shifted from architecture to judging taste. what we built, each of which would've been at least a month with a whole team on opus: — a from-scratch physics engine (mantle) that rivals rapier, testable in a day as a side thread — clustered froxel lighting: 8 lights to 1,000+ fully dynamic ("it's stupid fast" — creator of threejs) — realtime diffuse GI on webgpu, on your phone (landing in the next update) — million-particle gpu vfx with a shader architecture beyond what unreal and unity ship — mmo-scale netcode plus, for good measure: an (alpha) native ios app. all of it in about a week. all of it running on mobile. and the list doesn't include half of what we shipped — full changelog in the thread below. and the part the benchmarks won't show you: this model has a wonderful personality. it's genuinely funny. i laughed so hard i cried multiple times, mid-physics-rewrite. the genius and the character aren't separate features.

I built an ios app that lets you setup an open claw agent from your phone in less than 30 seconds. My mom has an open claw assistant now. No api keys, no vps, no setup, no mac mini. You just log in and its spins up your own ai agent. Most people don't understand how open claw is different from chat gpt. I am building one tap skills so that anyone can outsource their work and organize their life. People spend $2500 a month on tokens. I am adding cost efficient models with one tap switching so you don't waste your money. Most of these simple setup claw projects are completely unsafe, I have passed apple review and am working with world class security professionals to keep your data safe.

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wild

💣🚨Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Arsenal Has Risen!!!!! Zlatan Ibrahimović has spoken on the Premier League title race for the coming season. 🗣️I look at the landscape and I see only one true king. Arsenal have risen. They have conquered. They have the structure, the mentality, and the hunger that others still search for. 🗣️City are no longer the untouchable force they once were. Liverpool are rebuilding, still searching for their identity. The rest? They are not ready. They talk, they spend, they dream but they do not carry the same fire. 🗣️Next season will not be a war of equals. It will be a procession. Arsenal will set the standard, and the others will chase shadows. I do not see a genuine challenger capable of matching them over thirty-eight games. Strength recognizes strength. And right now, only one club stands above the rest.” ARSENAL!!!!! The Vision is Clear… Do you agree with Zlatan? #AFC

As always everyone is blind staring at the progress of LLMs for coding and chat But meanwhile the new SOTA video model Seedance 2.5 has been slowly rolling out and it's really quite exceptional It's made by ByteDance (TikTok) who of course have lots of training data With just a few reference pics, it can get quite close to how you look IRL and you can do quite professional video shots with just a prompt I'd say it's the first video model that's now at the level of image models with the level of character likeness, cracking that in image models also took about 3 years (2022-2025) Generating 15 seconds takes about 4 minutes I put it live now on Photo AI, you can use it under [ Make video ] from the sidebar with just a prompt and your model selected! So you don't need to take an AI photo first and then turn that into a video! Saves lots of time :D It's more expensive than but I kept the credits the same (30 for 1 video) It also works inside the new video editor and you can make changes in your video with [ Magic edit ] in both the main app and the video editor Also a message for my server guy Daniel Lockyer (it can do voice too and you can even submit a voice sample of yourself, but I didn't here)

BREAKING: SpaceXAI has released another major new update for Grok Build (v1.0.22) This update is focused on smoother workflows, better safety and improved reliability. It adds stronger desktop and MCP integration, clearer file-edit previews, a redesigned dashboard and better subagent support. It also fixes problems with sessions, skills, authentication and background commands while making sessions faster to open and resume. Features Built-in agent tools now take precedence over user MCP servers when tool names collide. Desktop app tools are now available through a dedicated first-party MCP server. Remote control pickers can now group servers by device using announced device identity. edit_file diffs now show real file line numbers instead of starting at line 1. Permission prompts for file edits now auto-expand the diff row so you can see the change before approving. Sending a message to a finished subagent now continues that same subagent instead of failing. Background subagent completion messages now show the actual output instead of just a pointer to run the tool. Dashboard now shows a unified header with a location picker and an actions row for creating agents or resuming previous sessions. New grok-workspaced daemon mode lets a long-lived process expose folders to the Computer Hub, separate from the Desktop-supervised sidecar. Bug Fixes MCP connectors now correctly show when they need re-authentication, even if no tools are listed. Extensions modal shortcuts now work when the tab bar is focused, and invalid actions on headers show helpful messages. The Send now button and shortcuts now work correctly when an automatic background turn is running. Resumed sessions now show the exact text you typed for mid-turn follow-ups instead of the wrapped system message. The /skills command now updates the model with newly installed skills, even when written from another NFS client. Auto mode no longer instantly runs destructive git checkout -- commands; they now go through the model for safety. Fixed a crash that could occur when restoring pasted content after certain skill injections or rewinds. Subagents and workflows now respect the same bash timeout and auto-background settings configured for the parent session. Fixed model backend selection so an explicit chat_completions setting in config.toml is no longer overwritten by same-slug siblings. Slash command advertisements no longer spam repeatedly when your current directory is your home folder. Foreground shell commands no longer produce spurious background-task reminders or incorrect kill results. Queued follow-up buttons now appear in the order [Send now][edit][Cancel]. /compact instructions in the pager are now passed to the compaction backend. Bare /compact is unchanged. /goal, and resume after pressing Esc, now correctly starts the goal planner instead of failing with “Planning failed.” run_terminal_cmd now correctly tells the model that foreground commands are backgrounded after approximately 15 seconds instead of the 120-second timeout value. Skill announcements no longer repeat the same list of available skills multiple times in a session. Monitor events in multi-session processes now correctly wake idle sessions instead of being buffered until the next prompt. Performance Opening or resuming sessions no longer pauses the interface while reading MCP configuration files. 🚨LOL: Thomas Massie states he'd "prefer to have the President's endorsement", Rand Paul is visibly nervous while talking about this primary! At a recent campaign event with Rand Paul, Thomas Massie was interviewed by WLKY. The segment got to the part where the reporter mentions that President Trump endorsed Ed Gallrein to primary Massie, who said: "Obviously, I'd prefer to have the President's endorsement, but I'm endorsed by the pro-life & pro-gun groups here in Kentucky." At the end, a visibly nervous Rand Paul said, "I think the people Kentucky ought to consider they're lucky to have Thomas Massie", then quickly looked down with pursed & off to the side, which is a classic sign that he is not confident in Massie's ability to win. Pursed lips also mean he is experiencing anxiety & nervousness. Massie is in hot water. He went from saying he has the "Trump Antibodies", to wanting his endorsement. Sorry, Tom. You made your bed, now you get to lie in it.

I keep wondering which analysts are being completely honest about what they think they are seeing right now. I will readily admit one of my own limitations is longevity. I have studied a lot of economic history, but I have not personally lived through enough cycles as an analyst to have the kind of pattern recognition that comes from watching turning points develop in real time over decades. There are people who do have that intuition. They have seen enough cycles to recognize when the headline data and the underlying economy start telling different stories. They can look at a low hire, low fire labor market, understand how seasonal adjustments and lagging models can make deterioration look deceptively stable, and diagnose where we are in the cycle before the consensus catches up. Those are the people I want to hear from right now. Who do you all think has that kind of judgment and is willing to say what they actually see?
