Ingredients Rigatoni Grated mozzarella Minced meat sauce: 500g minced meat 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 1kg passerte tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp sweet paprika powder salt, pepper 1 sugar cube Some fresh basil Bechamel sauce: 30g butter 1 tbsp flour 300ml milk salt, pepper A little nutmeg

Preparation: Pre-cook the pasta for just 2 minutes and set aside. To make the sauce, fry the mince, add the olive oil and diced onion and garlic and continue to fry. Deglaze with strained tomatoes and season. Simmer for 10 minutes over a medium heat. Finish with the basil. For the béchamel sauce, heat the butter in a small pan, sauté the flour and deglaze with milk.

Season and bring to the boil briefly, stirring constantly. Line a springform tin with baking paper and place the pasta in it. Pour in the mince sauce and then pour some of the béchamel sauce over it. Finally, top with grated mozzarella and screw the baking paper tightly into the base of the tin so that nothing leaks out. Bake in a preheated oven O/U at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy
