I had a neighbor who would drive his riding lawnmower 3 feet onto my property, and over the inground sprinklers breaking the pipes. Multiple times. I asked nicely, but he walked away, and wouldn't stop. So i got a roll of hardened stainless steel cable, uncoiled it and pushed it deep in the grass on a Friday night. Saturday I heard him drive over it and then nothing. An hour later I drove by and saw him in his garage, mower on its side trying to untangle the wire from the blade and shaft. 🤣 he never tried it again.

I have a neighbor who I got their Walmart food delivery. Usually the bags have a sticker with a name somewhere but these had nothing. And I'd never met them anyway. So I posted on next door and kept things refrigerated for a week. On day 7 she came yelling that she was going to sue us saying we had stolen their food, from across the cul de sac at my boyfriend while he was outside waiting for someone. Now, I can't eat most of what they ordered due to my health conditions and if you knew where it was why didn't they knock on my door?? Anyway I brought them a cake to welcome them to the neighborhood and wrote a little note and took their food over. The husband was very nice. I feel bad for him.

I lost it with my rude neighbor (after 7yrs) that always blocks my driveway. I took a hose to her & her friend parked blocking my driveway once... yea the police told her she could press charges, however, she would be charged with harassment too & ticketed for blocking driveway & parking in a daylighting red zone

@specialtrend10 I have 50 year old lady, who is a 6 year 300+ pound shut-in who lives next door. Any time we have a pool party with the kids, she yells out of the patio door saying “keep it down, I’m sick!” I used to invite her over, but she would refuse!

@specialtrend10 About 20 years ago my husband bonked our neighbor over the head with one of those big, heavy mag lights the first time they had met. Sent him to the dirt. Oddly enough, they're best friends now.

@specialtrend10 My first instinct is to walk next door and ask her what I can do to make peace with her. Bake her cakes. Bring her treats. Offer to mow her yard. Anything to make peace with an obviously lonely and sad neighbor.

@specialtrend10 “Old” surveys were done using tape measures and sometimes just using landmarks. WHOEVER GETS A NEW SURVEY WILL ALMOST ALWAYS COME OUT ON TOP WITH THE PROPERTY LINE since they use GPS navigation now. Always be the person who gets the survey done in a property line dispute.

@specialtrend10 Last neighbor that kept blocking my driveway ended up with a tow truck hauling their car away and when they tried to say I made them have to miss work, I replied I shouldn't have had to be late or drive through the lawn because of them multiple times blocking my driveway.

@specialtrend10 My asshole neighbors have sent the cops to my door 4 times for spurious reasons. They have called the city because I have developed a vacant lot that I own. But I have defeated them by getting a permit with the Army Corps of Engineers. Now, they never leave their house.

@specialtrend10 You could use your car to drive through that trashcan and launch it. I did it when I was a kid in a Volkswagen bug. We went around hitting trash cans at full speed. See how far they would go. I was a dumb kid. My parents took that car away from me cause I put a big dent in it.
