If you were doing these on a cable lat pulldown, are you still letting scap get pulled all the way UP (as opposed to more fwd in this vid) and getting a FULL stretch? Or are you keeping scap down a bit more in that situation?

Good question, play with both because in either case you can make them work well with both approaches.

Was not focusing on shoulder down first, and I also noticed I often flared the elbow at the bottom unintentionally. This helped immensely, and lit me up. Awesome info!
