Push-ups can humble you fast when every rep is controlled. Keep the body tight, lower properly and let the chest, shoulders and triceps do the work.

How do you do it?? Nice and slow?? Keep the body still as you can, then up AND down fast as you can Imagine criticizing this without ever trying it. This yields more hypertrophy, mechanical tension and the size principle says so

Take a look at this breakdown of the walk initiation — it's all about the weight shift, the fall, and the catch. The body subtly shifts over the stance leg, then lets gravity take over into a controlled fall, and finally catches itself on the leading foot.

China is turning traditional massage into a robotics problem. This robotic arm scans the body, maps pressure points, and then uses computer vision, force sensors and AI-controlled movements to perform techniques inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. It can press, knead, rub and push with controlled force, while sensing resistance or sudden movement and adjusting accordingly.

Loading is awful now! Too slow, tames fall through during loading. Pre-5.2 all structures loaded fast, tames didn't sink, and then skins appeared shortly after. Any chance this will/may improve? ARK: Survival Ascended Jat
