Stani says tokenization still needs clear guidelines, and US users stand to benefit the most "So guidelines are needed for figuring out how to deal with tokenization. It is true that the Clarity Act didn't move forward. There is some negotiations happening still there." "What I'm expecting is that...

stani's right that the clarity act stalling is the real bottleneck, not the tech itself. us retail can't get proper exposure to tokenized assets while issuers are guessing what's a security.

Clearer guidelines could be a huge unlock for tokenized finance in the U.S. You and @artjlynch3 both do a great job spotting the bigger shifts early, and I’ve been enjoying both of your recent crypto takes.

Guidelines are exactly what the SEC just put on paper with a proposed custody rule for advisers and funds holding crypto. Citi lifted its BTC target to $113K citing regulatory clarity. The rulebook is arriving in pieces. NFA. 🦇

Really good point here. I think plenty of traders are overlooking this part of the move. @StevenB78325104 has been catching similar details.

Jensen to AI Leaders: “We have to be far more thoughtful” when communicating to the public Jensen Huang: “(AI) is not a biological being. It is not alien. It is not conscious. It is computer software.” “We say things like, ‘We don't understand it at all.’ It is not true. We understand a lot of things about this technology.” Chamath: “If you were in the seat in the boardroom of Anthropic over that whole scuttlebutt with the Department of War, what do you think you would've told Dario and that team to do, maybe, differently to try to change some of this outcome and some of this perception?” Jensen: “The first thing that I would say about Anthropic is, first of all, the technology is incredible. We are a large consumer of Anthropic technology.” “The desire to warn people about the capability of the technology is also really terrific.” “We just have to make sure that we understand that the world has a spectrum, and that warning is good, scaring is less good because this technology is too important to us.” “I think that it is fine to predict the future, but we need to be a little bit more circumspect. We need to have a little bit more humility, that, in fact, we can't completely predict the future.” “And to say things that are quite extreme, quite catastrophic, that there's no evidence of it happening, could be more damaging than people think.” “And of course we are technology leaders.” “There was a time when nobody listened to us, but now because technology is so important in the social fabric, such an important industry, so important to national security, our words do matter.” “And I think we have to be much more circumspect, we have to be more moderate, we have to be more balanced, we have to be far more thoughtful.”

$ABCL CEO Carl Hansen explains the net negative overall value creation in biotech and how AbCellera plans to beat it: “I really think it can be beat because there’s a lot of mistakes that get made in where you allocate capital.” “If you’re a biotech and you start a company on a drug, and you go public and have a drug, and now the data is looking not that great, you just keep running that drug. … Because if you quit that drug, the company is done.” “So, because you’re so concentrated on one thing, you end up having blinders. It’s like a cult of a molecule. And even a real, practical, capital access problem that makes you continue to move things forward” ______________________________________ “Another problem is that many of the drugs that get started, get started by people who don’t understand the competitive or commercial landscape and have no intent of ever actually manufacturing it. … Because they know someone else is going to buy it. So then their framework is not ‘Am I making a drug that’s going to make a difference for people?’ The framework is ‘Can I make something that I think someone will take off my hands?’ And that happens a lot.” “There are many acquisitions where a big pharma company spends $10B, $20B, and it’s a complete bust. So really no value is generated for patients but someone was able to get a good exit on that because they anticipated what someone would want. And a lot of decision making gets done like that”. _______________________________________ “I’m not saying that we have this all solved. But what we’re trying to do is create a framework where we are able to take many bets so that we don’t fall in love with anything, or we don’t have to fall in love with anything. … And then always hold up very explicitly what we know and what we don’t know along the dimensions that matter. The dimensions that matter are - Will it work? That’s a science. - When it gets where will people care? - Is it differentiated? - Does it solve a big problem? In order to get it there, is there a path with our resources and expertise that would allow us to see it through?” “When you start to hold things up like that, you start to see where the mistakes are, where the uncertainties are, and you can be more rational in deciding ‘We’re going to run it to here because we get to flip the card and if the card goes the wrong way we’re going to kill it because we’ve got something else behind it.’” “I do think that if done right, and if you can pick the right opportunities, the success rate can be well higher than an order of magnitude better. … And there are examples of this… companies I’ve mentioned, you know, Regeneron, their success rate is at least 10x the industry in bringing programs forward and getting them approved. … So it’s… you can do it better that way”

🚨Zelenskyy on Trump’s latest criticism: “If you see the criticism increasing, it means we are helping more and more. I think helping people is the priority. Everything else is less important.” “Mr. President, you're offering your help to take down Iranian Shahads in Iran (Middle East) In the meantime, we hear President Trump continue to criticize support for Ukraine, criticize you. Do you still believe that you can actually change Washington's policy in this regard? So first of all, Russia helps now Iranians and Iranian regime. And we understand what they gave them already. We saw from intelligence some details. Today, I shared with Rob (Netherlands PM) some details from Shahed. We understand what they gave exactly to them (russians to Iranians) I don't know what volume they will be ready to give. But the good thing that I think that Iranians now are not providing missiles to Russia for attacks against us and some other weapon. This is what we see also. About our side, we've got some messages how to help people, how to help civilians in the Middle East, and also how to help American soldiers, who are in the bases in some countries. And we said that we will send experts, and we will provide everything they need to save them (civilians in the Middle East) And the how it works with the situation, what you said at the end, I mean we are trying to help and sometimes President Trump is criticizing me. So my attitude is next. If you will see that criticizing is increasing, it's mean that we are helping more and more. I think this is a priority to help people. Other things are not so important. Thank you” - Zelenskyy on Sun, March 8th, 2026.

I had posted this tweet paying my homage to Vivekananda Kendra President Balakrishnan ji who breathed his last at 12.05 am on 27th morning. Just hours before a devotee of Mata Amritanandamayi recorded him on video. This is that 6 minute video This is the transcript of his wish hours before he attained the feet of the divine Quote We want the entire creation to continue to be happy. They are to be preferred whatever is there. So, nations' wealth and rich culture, it will retain. That is one. Second thing is, we must understand that if we have to do something to the nation, we have to see that we protect the environment and ecology, because they all come part of the whole creation. Nothing is left uninterlinked. Everything is interlinked. That is the beauty of this creation. The creation is that everything is interlinked. This is what our Sanatana Dharma says. The whole thing, the creation is all, nothing but interlinking of one with another. So, because of the interlink, it gives strength to each and everything. So it will not die. When one link is unlinked, another link supports it. So Sanatana Dharma is like that. So, that is why we have to see that this Sanatana Dharma is protected by various service activities to the people. The poor, the poor and the fallen people. That is what is needed. There are, you see in our society today, there are many ups and downs. There are many people who are living very high level. They are doing, they are living high level. There are people who are living very low level, living. So that should not be there. There must be some gratification. It should be that everybody is supported by something. That is very important. This is what is required. But that is not happening in the country. Exploitation has become a big issue today. Everything is exploited by one force on another. Another force on another. The exploitation has become a way of life. That is to be changed. So, these are the important things that came to my mind. Let us see. Amrita Ashram is doing a fantastic work. They did work for the whole global well-being. Let all sections of society benefit from its direction. There should be institutions which should give direction to many people. How to deal? How to deal with others? How to cooperate with others? How to help others? How to support others? These are all very important matters. You must continue to do some very good activities throughout. Every day, the night, you should be able to activate your mind and find out what we have done from morning to evening. The whole day, what service, what good things we have done. Everything we have done, that is very important. Assessment of days, activities, that is very important to me. These are some of the points which came to my mind. But this, this is not everything. There are many other things you can also do. That we can do it. Anything which you can do it. Anything which will benefit others, that is all. That is all. Namaste. Unquote

‼️JUST NOW — powerful brief remarks by the leaders of Ukraine, the UK, France, and Germany in London: IN SHORT: Merz: “The coming days could be decisive for all of us. The destiny of this country is the destiny of Europe. Nobody should doubt our support for Ukraine. And this is what we are firmly standing behind. I'm skeptical about some of the details which we are seeing in the documents coming from the U.S. side.” Macron: "I think we have a lot of cards in our hands." Zelenskyy: "Our team came back, and I think that they will brief us about the last talks with Americans and after talks of Americans with Russians." Starmer: "If there's to be a ceasefire, it needs to be a just and lasting ceasefire. Matters about Ukraine are for Ukraine." FULL STATEMENTS: UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer: "But the principles remain, the principles that we've operated on for a very, very long time, which is that we stand with Ukraine, and if there's to be a ceasefire, it needs to be a just and lasting ceasefire. And that's why it's so important, that we repeatedly set out the principle forward that matters about Ukraine are for Ukraine. And we stand here to support you in the conflict and support you in the negotiations and make sure that this is a just and lasting settlement if we can get that far. You're very welcome for our discussions". President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy: "Thank you very much, Kir. Thank you for organizing this meeting. Thank you, friends, Emmanuel and Friedrich, and thank you for our joint meeting. I think that it is very important now to organize such a meeting and discuss very sensitive issues regarding these talks that we had, in the United States and between us. Our team came back, and I think that they will brief us about the last talks with Americans and after talks of Americans with Russians. I think there are lot of what we have to discuss and speak about. So there are a lot of things which are very important for today. I think, unity between Europe and Ukraine, and also unity between Europe, Ukraine, and the U.S. There are some things which we can't manage without Americans, things which we can't manage without Europe, and that's why we need to make some important decisions". President of France Emmanuel Macron: "And thank you Volodymyr for being with us. You are always welcome. In France, I think we all support Ukraine, and we all support peace. And peace negotiations to have sustainable, robust peace. And I think we have a lot of cards in our hands. The financing and the quality of equipments and training programs to Ukraine, the fact that Ukraine is resisting in this war, and the fact that the Russian economy is starting to suffer, especially after our latest sanctions and the US sanctions. And now I think the main issue is the convergence between our common positions, Europeans and Ukrainians, and the U.S. to finalize these, peace negotiations and re-engage in a new phase in the best possible conditions for Ukraine, for the Europeans, and for our collective security". Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz: "I highly appreciate that we are having the opportunity to see you, Volodymyr, together with Emmanuel, and talking about the upcoming days, because this could be a decisive time for all of us. We are trying to continue our support for Ukraine, as you know. On the other hand, we are seeing these talks and negotiations in Moscow and in the U.S. I'm looking forward to hear from you what the outcome of these talks might be. And we are still and remain strongly behind Ukraine and giving support to your country, because we all know that the destiny of this country is the destiny of Europe. So that's the reason why we are here, trying to figure out what we can do. And nobody should doubt on our support for Ukraine. And this is what we are firmly standing behind. And the outcome is open. I'm skeptical about some of the details which we are seeing in the documents coming from the U.S. side, but we have to talk about that. That's why we are here".

Alistair Crooke (Alastair Crooke): The world’s abiding conclusion is that the decline of the United States as a political entity is accelerating, and accelerating rapidly. The UN and the law are trashed to keep financial and political primacy. There is no diplomacy, only shakedown. Coercion is not a world order. A raid on election day is not democracy. Lavrov will talk without a ceasefire. Europe is talking itself into the strike it claims to fear. “We cannot continue with a world order that is like it is, where there are no values, where everything is trashed. The legal system is trashed. The UN has been trashed. The norms of civilized behavior—all of this is trashed. All of this is pushed aside in the intent of the United States simply to preserve their hegemony, preserve their primacy—financial primacy, their political primacy. So all of that is gone. It means that unless Russia can somehow bring the United States back to a sense of how to do business with other powers—China, Russia, Iran—how do you do diplomacy again, and away from purely coercive means: coercive financial means, coercive language, coercive military. If you stick only with that, then we are heading to something bigger. That is why there is still a focus coming out of Moscow that the United States—despite all of the auguries which say it’s not going to work—Lavrov said we are still open and willing to talk to the United States, and we are grateful to the United States for trying to pursue this track. But they can see that there are other forces against it that are trying to destroy it. The bigger picture is this: the whole global order can’t work. We do not have diplomacy anywhere. Everywhere it is coercion of one sort or another. Shakedown of Gulf states to get them to give more money to America. Shakedown of European allies. Or it is the financial threats of a hegemon. They want to try and see if this is possible. In some ways, that was what Xi’s visit to the US was. I don’t know if it will succeed. It probably won’t. But I think he was trying to say to Trump: you actually have to try and deal with us, and deal with us in a diplomatic way, and that involves empathy—understanding who we are, understanding what makes us tick—not just simply threaten and threaten. They are angrier with the Europeans because the Europeans go on promising longer-range, bigger-warhead missiles that they fire. The last ones were fired during the summer at beaches, at resort hotels. These ones are being fired at the election process. Isn’t this what America stands for—elections, an election process? And yet that was the main aim: 2,000 missiles to disrupt the election completely. Did they think that would mean that Putin would go away, or that Russia would suddenly collapse? I can’t believe they did. It was simply a further attempt to enable what they believe is the case: that Putin has no alternatives and he’s under pressure, and if they push harder and harder then he will give in and agree to a ceasefire. He made it clear, and Lavrov said, there will not be any ceasefire in any format in the lead-up to negotiations. In other words, the negotiations will have to take place without any ceasefire. The Europeans will probably now increase the pressure, thinking that just a little bit further, push Putin a little further, and he’ll have to give in and agree to the ceasefire. Actually, what it will probably do is result in Russia taking some sort of military action against European and NATO assets—carefully measured and calibrated, but nonetheless attacking NATO countries. And then we will see what happens.”
