Savyntsi is a village in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. As of 2024, its population stands at 2,982 residents. The charitable organization "Ukraine TrustChain" has organized another round of aid for the Ukrainian people. The people are deeply grateful, and you can see it for yourselves on their faces. I didn't translate their specific words because they are all expressing their sincere thanks for this support. This winter has turned out to be truly cold, and every night the russians try even harder to worsen the situation in our cities and villages. Today, I heard some very moving and profound words from a Kyiv resident: «Kyiv is not about the light in the windows; it is about the light within the people.» This city is experiencing power outages and cold weather more severely than most. High-rise buildings have been transformed from cozy apartments into refrigerators, a common problem people have faced this winter. Two months of winter are behind us, and each of you has seen in great detail what's happening and how difficult it is to survive. How difficult it is to perform the simplest tasks, like cooking for yourself and your children; how heating pipes burst in apartments and hot water floods apartments and floors of multi-story buildings, filling everything with thick steam. When better times come, and they surely will - each of us will look back at these videos from our cities and remember how tough it was, and how we had to remain strong, both physically and mentally. And those bright days will be cherished by us Ukrainians more than anything.

More than 1.5 million Ukrainian children have been taken from occupied territories since the start of Russia’s war. We still don’t know where most of them are. Russia admits that over 700,000 Ukrainian children are now registered inside its territory. But it refuses to share any details: how many of them are unaccompanied, how many lost their parents to war, arrest, or disappearance, and how many were taken without consent. There is no transparency — only propaganda claiming these children were “saved.” This is why international pressure matters. State Emergency Service psychologists are helping people cope with the aftermath of russia's massive attack on Kyiv and the region. Thousands of people found themselves in the dark, without water or heat, overwhelmed by feelings of fear and despair. Yesterday alone, 664 residents of the capital turned to psychologists for support. Today, another 171 people in Kyiv and the region have already received psychological assistance. Leisure activities were organized for the children: playdough, art supplies, and games.
