I’ve fixed clients with this problem including myself almost 6 years now. Everything you’re saying is true but you gotta strengthen and get them to start activating their rhomboids first to pull their should blades back and into the spine and open the chest and stop traps from overworking

you are implying that breathing patterns are responsible for forward head posture when the studies you cited only address the correlation between the two. Crearly in the majority of cases posture issues derived from sedentary habits are the main problem.
