This is called negative space effect. Black paint makes chicken wire near invisible. Black absorbs all light, making the wire non-reflective. When painted, it blends into shadows and becomes nearly undetectable. The dark gaps between the wire start to dominate visually. Your eyes ignore the thin black lines. The... show more

Faraday's Law of Induction ✍️ It describes the phenomenon of how a changing magnetic field around a wire can "force" electricity along its length. As the magnet is moved up and down through the wire coil, the magnetic flux (the number of lines of force) is constantly changing. This constant change leads to an electromotive force (EMF), which behaves like a battery, providing the necessary power for electrons to flow and generate electrical current. The video demonstrates that electricity is not produced simply by placing a magnet near the wire but rather by moving the magnet. The rate at which the magnet is moved dictates how much electricity is created. Nevertheless, as seen from the chart, the movement of electricity ceases completely when the magnet remains stationary, regardless of whether it is inside the coil. Video 📸: py6cj

First rule of automation - make your system as simple as possible but no simpler. The tending 'robot' of this wire bender is made up of one linear and one rotary actuator. Not pretty, not flashy, but if it gets the job done 99.999999% of the time with minimal maintenance required - Job is a good un.

I don't care about what you want. I care about what you repeat. Because your brain does not run on intention. It runs on repetition. Every thought you keep returning to, your brain treats as a signal. And the more you send that signal, the stronger and faster that neural pathway becomes. Here is the science behind it. When you repeatedly activate a neural pathway, your brain wraps a fatty substance called myelin around it. Think of it like insulation around an electrical wire. The more myelin, the faster the signal travels. The faster the signal travels, the more automatic that thought or behavior becomes. This is Hebb's Law. Neurons that fire together, wire together. And here is the part most people miss. Your brain does not care what you are reinforcing. It does not filter for good or bad. It just responds to what you keep repeating. Repeat confidence. Your brain builds it. Repeat self-doubt. Your brain builds that too. The same biological process that wires in focus, discipline, and certainty is the exact same one wiring in anxiety, fear, and limitation. You are not wired a certain way forever. You are wired for whatever you keep practicing. So stop asking what you want to change. Start asking what you are willing to repeat. ✨🙌🏾💫

The undeniable truth white racists must swallow. This coastline, from Cape Town to Durban to Port Elizabeth, is African coastline. The sand is African sand. The freedom to access it was paid for in blood, struggle, and resilience. Therefore, the instruction is simple, direct, and non-negotiable. Go to the beach. Go in numbers. Go to every beach that once had a visible or invisible “WHITES ONLY” sign. Go with your grill, your music, your family, and your right to be there. Occupy the scenery. Fill the frame. Redefine what “normal” looks like. Your joy is your power. Your presence is your claim. Your collective rest and leisure on land that was stolen is a revolutionary act. To every Black person. Your belonging is not up for debate. The sea is yours. The shore is yours. This is home. Reclaim it, one joyful day at a time. ✊🏾

I tried the 220° FOV #VirtualReality optical system by Hypervision, which employs two micro-OLED displays per eye. It is incredibly immersive, and I describe all my impressions in my latest article: The thing that surprised me the most is that the "seam" between the two lenses becomes almost invisible when you put your eyes in. And the company claims it can even do better than this. Will we see this soon in some consumer VR headsets? It is actually a bit too expensive (just the cost of the displays is $1.5K!), but hopefully it could be integrated in enterprise ones... Read the article and let me know what you think about it! #VR #technology

The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. But again, I understand the leaps of faith needed, but if there is a space that is based on that, it's the NFT space...so there is hope. We will see. 📺by Boldtron

These two nincompoops, Elisha Virmani of The Wire and Kabiran, making a mockery of Electric Bus initiative of Delhi are completely unaware of DEVi. The Delhi Electric Vehicle Interconnector (DEVi) initiative is a major public transport project introduced in 2025 to boost last-mile connectivity with electric buses in the city. As of late 2025, the fleet has expanded to over 900 buses, but the only thing that has not expanded is The Wire’s knowledge who makes fun because it carries a Hindu name, DEVi… Their Hindu hatred is so much visible that they then show a radical Maulvi who preaches hate for other religions is used in their video. This Hindu hatred is the reason why The Wire has never attained credibility, despite being operational since many years, and they largely depend on donations to survive.

Kerr Black Hole – Rendered in Blender Here’s my latest creation: a fully realized Kerr (rotating) black hole, complete with its warped accretion disk, photon ring, and the eerie ergosphere where space itself is dragged along with the black hole’s spin. I modeled and animated this in Blender using physically based approaches to simulate gravitational lensing, Doppler shifting in the disk, and the characteristic asymmetry caused by frame-dragging. The result is a visually striking, scientifically inspired visualization of one of the most extreme objects in the universe. Key features you can see: Bright, warped accretion disk with temperature/color gradients The thin, bright photon ring where light orbits the black hole multiple times Gravitational lensing that distorts the background starfield The distinctive “squashed” appearance on one side due to extreme rotation Check out the animations in my previous posts to see it in motion — the way light bends and the disk appears to move is mesmerizing. Would love to hear what you think, or if you’d like me to describe any specific technical details of the setup! By Petrundiy2

THE DUCK SPINNING IN YOUR SCREEN ISN'T CHANGING DIRECTION. YOUR BRAIN IS CHANGING THE WAY IT SEES IT. Here's why it happens: What you're experiencing is called bistable perception, and it exposes something unsettling about how you actually see the world. Vision doesn't work the way we assume. Photons hit your retina, sure, but the raw signal reaching your visual cortex is fragmentary, ambiguous, and full of gaps. Your brain fills those gaps by placing a bet like a best guess about what's most likely out there. Perception behaves more like a prediction engine than a camera. When an image gives your brain two equally valid interpretations, the prediction engine can't settle. It oscillates between them. Neuroscientists have traced this exact flip. When the duck appears to change direction, activity in your right inferior frontal gyrus and parts of your parietal cortex spikes. Those are the regions that have nothing to do with detecting motion. They handle attention, disambiguation, and internal decision-making. The switch isn't happening in your eyes. A small vote is being cast deep inside your prefrontal machinery. Underneath sits a mechanism called neural adaptation. Whichever direction you're currently perceiving, the neurons committing to that interpretation gradually fatigue. Their firing weakens. The competing interpretation, previously suppressed, gains ground. Eventually the suppressed signal breaks through and overtakes your conscious experience. The duck "changes direction" the moment one neural coalition loses to another. This is more than an internet illusion. People with autism tend to switch more slowly on bistable images. People with schizophrenia switch faster. Your perceptual stability is essentially a fingerprint of your neurology. Every stable object you see today like your desk, your hands, the road, etc are the outcome of billions of these silent votes happening beneath awareness. The duck was never spinning both ways. You were.

Short clip but the footballing IQ from everyone involved top: Burgess; one-two with Yalcouyé, moving back into space behind him—baiting the press. Brilliant touch to take Campbell out of the game. Plays the ball to Yalcouyé with a good weighted pass. Yalcouyé; Quickly moves into space & demands the ball, good touch into a very small space. Excellent composure on the ball to find Galbraith. Galbraith; Follows the ball to entice his marker. Sees Hamer (marker) press Yalcouyé, little step backwards into space, slightly scans ahead to see how much time and space he has got. Drives with the ball, plays a great pass to Franco, in the half-space who's in between the lines. Franco; In between Sheffield's defensive line + midfield line—Good positioning. Before receiving the ball, glances over his left shoulder (X2) to see where Ronald is. Sees Sheffield's LW move over to the left, so steps to the right to make the pass easier for Galbraith. On the half-turn, sets it with his left foot, *punches* the ball into right into Ronald's path. Very fine details but the movement to the execution is perfect. #Swans

A STUDENT TURNED A FRUIT FLY BRAIN INTO AN AI AGENT AND STEERS IT WITH HER BARE HAND Google and HHMI Janelia spent 10 years mapping the nervous system of 1 male fruit fly, and on September 3 they released the whole map for free. 166,700 neurons and 24.5M synapses, every wire from eye to leg. She ran all of it as a leaky integrate-and-fire simulation and then gave it a job. The top-right panel is the brain firing live, the robot on the left is the agent it drives. A camera tracks her fingers, the movements hit the fly's sensory neurons, and whatever motor neurons fire decide what the agent does. Status: IDLE Pinch → RUNNING IMPLEMENTATION Point → SPINNING UP NEW IMPL Pull back → HEAVY LIFTING The catch: this is not a living fly but a computer model of real wiring, and she built the link between her hand and its neurons. 12 days ago this brain was a dataset Then it played DOOM Then Chrome Dino Then it walked a Strandbeest Now it works for a student. The fly died years ago, but its wiring still takes orders.

Black Santa. Black Jesus. Black Manger scenes. Black angels. Black nutcrackers. Black elves. Black... everything. This is what you'll find, stocked to the brim, at every corporate retailer in the US - even in the Whitest towns in America. The purpose of this merchandise isn't to sell; it's to imprint a non-White world on our psyche. “No, it's not against White people! It's that everyone wants to see themselves represented!” Right. So ruthless national retailers who run inventory as a precision science stock enough Black Christmas merchandise for every Black family in America in a single store in the middle of New Hampshire where the Black population is statistically zero? That makes sense. There are more Asians here than there are Black people. But stores don't sell Mr. Miyagi-Claus - it's just George Floyd Jesus as far as the eye can see. And while not one non-White Christmas item sells, all of the White inventory is wiped out. For every piece of fully-stocked non-White merchandise, there's a hole next to it where the White version was. Clearly, the corporate game plan isn't “once the White merch sells out, Whitey will have no choice but to buy the non-White merch!” No - they know the non-White merch won't sell. It sits there and collects dust every year. But instead of stocking ten times the amount of White merchandise that people actually buy, anti-White global retail empires are happy to squander that revenue to raise their ESG score for Larry Fink's approval. Corporations don't put 'profits over people' - they put the War On White People over profits.

During training, you visit many of the facilities that will eventually play a role in your mission. Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39A was one of them. This visit felt different. Standing at the base of the tower and looking up, I was reminded that this is the very place from which Neil Armstrong and his crewmates began their journey to the Moon. The facility has evolved over the decades and has been modernized for a new era of spaceflight, but it still carries the weight of its history. You can feel it. Then there is the elevator. Inside, there are only two buttons: Earth and Space. A simple design choice, perhaps, but one that feels remarkably profound when launch day finally arrives. What you see here is me at the top of the launch pad, with the Falcon 9 yet to make its way out. The rocket is transported to the pad horizontally and then raised to a vertical position before launch. Standing there, it was impossible not to imagine the events that would soon unfold. At this very time last year, all of this was happening in real time. Looking back now, it feels both distant and incredibly close. #shux #space #shubhanshushukla #india #axiom4

Nvidia just put a $250,000 cloud workload on your desk for $2,999 - and killed your $1,900/month AWS bill in the process You don't rent it, you don't manage it, you don't pay a single cloud bill - you just plug it in and let it eat the workloads you used to wire to AWS every month It looks like a small Mac mini, it's actually a full GB10 Grace Blackwell stack with 128GB of unified memory running models up to 200B parameters It's called DGX Spark, the consumer version of the rack Nvidia ships to OpenAI The reason Nvidia did this is simple Cloud GPU pricing is a tax on every developer building AI right now $1,900/month per seat, billions in margin flowing to AWS, Lambda, and CoreWeave Nvidia just cut themselves in by removing the cloud entirely Their solution is to skip the middleman, ship the rack to your desk, and let you keep every dollar of margin you used to wire to a hyperscaler This is much cheaper, faster, and you own the asset at the end But there is still a question nobody is answering yet, what happens to AWS, GCP, and Lambda when 500,000 developers move their inference back to a $2,999 box on their desk Also, technically you can stack four of these and run a 1.6 trillion parameter model locally for under $12,000 Even a single Spark out-performs the cloud subscription Anthropic engineers were running two years ago bookmark this, it pays back in 60 days 👇

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

‼️ WE STARTED THE BURNING ‼️ A #Kuki woman admitted in a news interview that, people from the #Kuki Community started burning the homes oh the #Meitei on May 03 when the violence erupted. She’s even confused when asked about burning of the homes. 1. When asked about the burning of homes she Simply said, “WHICH ONE?” As there were many homes that were razed to the ground. 2. She also mentioned of Vested interests. What’s already planned have been carried out. And their plan still continues. Kautilya3 is now instigating another false narrative again regarding the killing of SDPO of Moreh. For your info SDPO of Moreh came for inspection using a helicopter as road ways are blocked by you beloved #KukiMilitants . SDPO of moreh was shot while playing a football match in their Police station by a well trained sniper from the #KukiMilitants The following video will also shed some light on why The Wire is so eager and fast in providing their services on the false #Kuki narrative. #johnSuante is their columnist that is in constant contact to push their false narrative. Once Arnab Goswami questioned the credibility of The Wire and correctly termed The Wire as #TheLiar . Now I believe The Wire should be called #TheLiar. Kautilya3 also mentioned of journalists who work on sympathies rather than the truth, just to push their false narrative ahead. #KukiMilitants #KukiAtrocities #KukiInstigatorsOfHate #Kuki_ZoEngineeredViolence Please look into the said account Kautilya3 for credibility NIA India PMO India Amit Shah गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India ADG PI - INDIAN ARMY Manipur Police @LingjelMakok EastMojo Northeast Live TIMES NOW The Times Of India Afrida Hussain Eramdam Paodam Lombanaidabi Khuraijam Athouba A. Most cameras record the world. They don't understand it. 👁️ Meet Trio-Lumen — point it at any RTSP feed and just tell it what to look for in plain English (e.g., "flag anyone in the loading dock after hours"). It runs frontier vision models 24/7, turning raw video into a live, queryable world-state: who's where, what they're doing, and where they're heading. 🧠 Under the hood, Trio is the world model we are building for the physical world (perceive → represent → predict): 🔹 Perceive (The Eyes): Plug in any frontier model (YOLO, DINOv2, V-JEPA) to extract data from pixels. 🔹 Represent (The Brain): Outputs land in Trio-Retina (open-source), organizing raw video into one structured, queryable database. 🔹 Predict (The Intuition): A dynamics head that learns the patterns of your space to anticipate what comes next. This is how AI actually connects to the physical world: not as a black box, but by making reality readable. Stop watching your video feeds and start talking to them. Try it out here 👇

Did you know the James Webb Space Telescope isn’t orbiting Earth at all? The James Webb Space Telescope operates near the Sun–Earth L2 point, about 1.5 million km from Earth. From there, the Sun, Earth, and Moon stay on the same side of the telescope, allowing its giant sunshield to block their heat and light at the same time. That keeps Webb cold and stable enough to detect extremely faint infrared signals from deep space. Because of this, Webb can peer through clouds of cosmic dust and observe galaxies whose light has traveled for more than 13 billion years. Every image it captures is not just a view across space, but a look back into the early history of the universe.
