If you're interested in Tesla Robotaxi, Tesla AI or Tesla FSD, then you ought to know about jimmah . He's probably the one person who's done the deepest public dives on Tesla FSD and Tesla AI over the years. In fact, over the past 4 years I've published 40+ videos (!) with James Douma on Tesla AI/FSD (they are all on a playlist on my YouTube channel). I first discovered James Douma a long time ago (maybe almost 8-10 years ago?) on a web forum called . Back then it was one of the only places for early Tesla owners and TSLA investors to discuss issues deeply. While I posted about investing topics, James posted about Tesla Autopilot and its hardware but in a way that was more thorough than anybody else. When I started posting YouTube videos years later, I invited him on my channel to hear his thoughts on Tesla Autopilot/FSD. It was a riveting discussion and I was surprised at how much I could learn from him. I invited him again for another interview on my channel, and once again I was floored by how much I was learning. So over the years, James has been a great resource for me (and many others) to keep pulse on what Tesla is doing with FSD and AI (and even robotics). He doesn't have his own YouTube channel. He doesn't have any paid services or subscriptions. He probably has mixed feelings about so many people knowing about him. But I appreciate his willingness over the years to be available and help the Tesla community by offering his insights and knowledge. The Tesla Diner reminds me that the future is worth getting excited about. This was my first time arriving and I couldn’t even find the words except ‘wow…’ This is exactly what I imagined the future to be. Charging my Tesla, grabbing a burger and drink, and watching a movie, all in one futuristic place, surrounded by the products and people I love. And Tesla just made it real.

🚨🚨🚨 Trigger Warning: There is a lot of FUD thrown at me in this Tesla FSD/Uber video about Tesla and Tesla FSD. I attempted to swat all of it away, and believe I did so, but I'm sure I will get comments about how I should have said this or that. So let me say ahead of time, thank you so much for your amazingly helpful comment😂 ------------------------------------------------------------ Tesla FSD 14.1.4 Ubers a Prius owner for his first experience in a Tesla and with FSD. This guy started out the drive throwing a ton of FUD at me for the first 4-5 minutes, but the funniest part of the video is the 2nd half of it, where you can literally hear the cognitive dissonance about FSD that has been comfortably planted in his head, not have any clue where to go when confronted with the reality of what he is experiencing right then, first hand. And just FYI, don't go too hard on this guy, he gave me a great rating and a nice tip. He seemed like a good dude, he's just been given bad data, and now he's got better data, the kind he experienced himself versus reading stuff online.

Is it just me or does the Boston Dynamic robot look very clumsy compared to Tesla Optimus ? (And all programmed of course) Optimus is so much more refined and fluid. And the crazy thing is Tesla has been doing this for 2 years, and Boston Dynamics for 30 years 🤯 The PACE of innovation is all that matters 😉

FSD Supervised in Europe: First video of our experiences yesterday when driving with a Tesla that used FSD Supervised. Driving in Tilburg, The Netherlands. In this video you see that the Tesla takes a left turn into a narrow street. Very typical streetsize in The Netherlands and many other European countries. There’s a delivery truck standing on the road in a not so convenient way. I am extremely impressed that the Tesla decided to pass it but also how it did it. In these specific situations you so feel that the car looks all around (360 view) all the time and drives based on all that input. The idea that Tesla is alone in the race to develop end-to-end vision system for self-driving and delivering into consumer vehicles is officially dead. Like dead, dead. I tested Xpeng's VLA 2.0 in the streets of Beijing, and it is comparable to my experience of daily driving Tesla FSD v14. Xpeng is not charging $100 a month to drive this. It is inlcuded in its higher-trim vehicles and it already caught the attention of Volkswagen, which is going to integrate into its own vehicles - something Tesla hasn't been able to do despite trying. So I think it’s something people are missing about Prince William. This isn’t about the UK media, he’s already secure in his future. This is about the impact of all of the programs him and his team are developing. Take Earthshot for instance, that’s beyond the UK, it’s globally. The 56 page impact report has shown that. This is really what the issue is for the UK media, they have no control over William and could never diminish what he’s building. He doesn’t need their approval, he has the world working with him. Here’s a little video of just a few of the finalist from the report and the impact they are having that I put into a video. All I can say is well done to Prince William and team!

The Tesla Megapod trademark might be the most important filing nobody is talking about (Save this). Tesla wants to build a product that is basically a self contained AI computer in a box. You truck it somewhere, plug it into power, and it runs AI workloads. The reason this matters is that the AI industry has a problem because you can't build data centers fast enough. Getting land approved, getting power from the grid, getting zoning cleared, that process takes 3–5 years, and demand is moving much faster than that. US data center construction actually fell in 2025 for the first time in years, because developers kept hitting bureaucratic walls. Tesla's answer to that problem is simple. They already own thousands of Supercharger stations across the country and those stations already have land, power, and grid connections, all the hard stuff is done. The idea is to drop a Megapod at those sites and turn idle charging infrastructure into AI compute, almost overnight. What Jason, Chamath, and Friedberg were all circling around is that this drop a box on a concrete pad approach is already how serious companies are deploying AI compute right now. Vertiv and DUG Technology both ship GPU-packed containers that can go live in 90 days and Tesla would just be bringing that idea to a network it already owns. The opportunity is very real whether Tesla is the one to actually execute on it is still an open question.
