@SpellbookLegal Just a curious thought, is there also value in interlinkages. i.e for a specific relationship / project, the NDA, contracts, consultant contracts, etc

@SpellbookLegal This is the frontier. We build agents for real-estate contracts, and the wall isn't drafting or review. It's that a contract is two parties' versions of the truth, and the agent reconciles them with no human in the loop. End-to-end means owning that reconciliation.

@SpellbookLegal might be wrong but 'autonomous' feels like the risky word here contracts where one missed indemnity clause changes everything are exactly where automation fails quietly. did you build in mandatory human checkpoints, or is it genuinely hands-off end-to-end?

Profilbild von Scott Stevenson
Scott Stevensonvor 3 Monaten

@SpellbookLegal There are definitely lots of human checkpoints. Think of it this way: in large enterprises, there are so many contracts that lawyers don't review 90% of them. We actually give more visibility than what they had before!

AG1 Residency Program is a 10-week residency in Tokyo where founders from around the world live together, build together, and focus intensely on creating great products. Applications for Batch 3 are now open! Every batch, AG1 brings founders to Tokyo from across the world, including the US, China, Korea, and many other countries. For Batch 3, there is one type of founder we’re particularly excited to meet: Founders using AI not just to build better software, but to build new infrastructure and products that make AI accessible to ordinary people. We believe the next wave of AI will not only be about better models. It will be about turning intelligence into something people can actually use in their everyday lives, across work, commerce, education, entertainment, and the physical world. And we think Japan is one of the most interesting places in the world to build this: Japan is one of the world’s most advanced economies, yet many parts of society remain surprisingly under-digitized. There is still a huge gap between what technology can do and what people actually use every day. That gap creates an unusually fertile environment for founders: strong infrastructure, sophisticated consumers, large incumbent industries, and countless workflows that AI can fundamentally reinvent. If you want to build products that bring AI out of the lab and into the real world, we want you at AG1. It’s a rare opportunity to spend 10 weeks in Tokyo living and building side by side with ambitious founders from all over the world. And most importantly, check out the new AG1 video we just made! Applications and shares are very much appreciated 👇

Here we go again 🚀! Excited to announce that we're building A1Zap (YC W25) with Pennie Li and that we're in the Y Combinator W25 batch in San Francisco! What is A1Base? A1Base gives AI Agents a real world identity for work. We do that by rebuilding Twilio and Okta from the ground up, putting AI Agents first. This means developers can make AI-first agentic applications 10x easier with our API's. ⁉️ Why are we doing this? Because there's a huge torrent of new valuable companies possible with AI agents, but to get their AI Agents to users, they have to chain custom apps, chat interfaces, awkward Slack integrations, browser bots, and wrestle with Twilio’s legacy API (which is built for marketing). We solve this by providing developers with an easy to use API to interface your AI agent with humans/coworkers/users where they are in this case in Whatsapp, Slack, Teams, SMS and more) - with AI Agent features built in. These digital workers are poised to transform how we work and we're the critical infrastructure to help them interact naturally in human workflows. We're not just building another AI tool. We're creating the infrastructure that will enable AI agents to become a natural part of the workforce - handling everything from customer support to sales development to creative work. We're backed by Y Combinator and working with founding teams who share our vision. We believe that in the near future, AI Agents with human coworkers will enable us to pursue more creative and impactful work. Our mission is to help developers build AI Agents that people can partner with and rely on as trusted allies—always with a human-first mindset. If you're thinking about the Agentic future of your company reach out! If you're looking to build your first AI Agentic company - reach out too - we have some amazing open source templates to get you started on the journey. Excited to share more of what we're up to soon 🔜.

David from USD.AI on the institutional shift happening behind CHIP, why every borrower they have is institutional, and why the AI super cycle has had no real on-chain exposure until now: "We have personally beat out other investment banks in running deals that we've signed. They're starting to view us as a threat. One call we had, she ended it early: 'I think you're a competitor, I can't talk anymore.' We're just cheaper financing, even for the bigger deals. People think we only do small deals, but we're starting to get bigger and bigger. As we attract more capital, we have to deploy in bigger deals to keep up. All of our customers are institutional. There's not a single retail borrower. These chips are expensive: The minimum we lend against is H200s, clusters of eight, that's like 300k. We're working with many of the brand names in San Francisco that are actually in the AI sector. People appreciate the positioning of Chip; it's actually engaging with the AI economy. A lot of people claim to be AI. They're in their own version of AI that they think is AI. But then there's the OpenAIs of the world. There's the Cursors of the world. Real customers, with real backing, that have cash flows. That is what people in our space want exposure to. We just haven't had a good way to do it. There's a reason you can get a loan against an airplane or a Honda Civic, but not a GPU. And GPUs are going to be worth a lot more than cars or airplanes in the future." This Google insider just revealed what AI is actually being used for behind closed doors. It has nothing to do with chatbots. Mo Gawdat was a senior executive at Google for over a decade. He watched AI get built from the inside. He was in the rooms, in the labs, in the government meetings in China that almost no Western executive was allowed into. And he just went on Diary of a CEO and said things that no active tech executive would ever be allowed to say publicly: "What the general public sees about AI is overhyped but ineffective. What the real geeks see inside the lab is genuinely world-changing." The public gets chatbots and AI-generated videos while the labs are building autonomous weapons systems, military targeting technology, real-time surveillance infrastructure, and self-improving code that rewrites itself every microsecond without human oversight. As Mo put it: "As we speak, we are living in two major wars where AI is doing most of the killing." He talked about Palantir's CEO Alex Karp openly celebrating how his targeting technology identifies and eliminates people. He talked about the next generation of autonomous weapons costing $20,000 each, meaning any government with a $50 billion defense budget can literally rain drones on every corner of the planet. And as you remember, Anthropic was offered a $500 million military contract to allow their AI to be used for human targeting and surveillance. They refused and walked away from the money. OpenAI took the contract the following week. Mo's response: "You have to start observing who is actually behaving in a way that makes AI work for humanity, and who is behaving in a way that makes AI work for their share price." Now this is where it gets really interesting... In Mo's documentary Chasing Utopia, Altman literally says directly on camera: "I suspect that AI is likely going to end humanity, but we're going to create a lot of interesting companies in the process." That is the CEO of the most powerful AI company on Earth saying that he suspects his OWN technology will end the human race and then shrugging it off because the business opportunity is too good to pass up. Mo's prediction for the next decade: War, economic collapse, mass unemployment, surveillance expansion, and an absolute concentration of power at the top unlike anything in modern history. His prediction after that is if humanity survives the next 10 years, AI will eventually create a world of abundance where intelligence solves every problem we currently face. But the path between here and there is what terrifies him. And the men building the technology know exactly what they're doing. Do you think he's just exaggerating for attention, or is there truth in this?

We are excited to announce a powerful step for the future of FOMO! Taking a page out of Virtuals book on BASE, FOMO will be releasing the ability for future projects to be paired in $FOMO in the coming weeks. This is the biggest release we have ever announced. Launch your AI Agent Token + $FOMO trading pair Every individual agent token is paired with the $FOMO token in its liquidity pool. When launching an agent on you will need $FOMO tokens, which are used to create the liquidity pool. This process creates deflationary pressure for FOMO and the entire agent ecosystem. When creating your agent and token, you will have the option to pair your launch with FOMO or SOL, as our goal is not to alienate any project, but rather invite the best communities, CTO’s and builders to launch with us. If you decide to pair your project with FOMO you in turn get full marketing and dev support, once your project graduates the bonding curve and reaches Raydium. Further, as an added incentive, as our revenue grows we will be using part of the funds to support projects that have paired in FOMO. And Devs who launch tokens paired in FOMO will earn fees from their AI Agent token launch. Building the most robust agents using our framework will catapult us as one of the most prominent standards of the Solana ecosystem. Not only have we developed our own core infrastructure, but we also pull from some of the best repo’s and developer talent in all of AI, not just blockchain. Our team is comprised of 9 world class artificial intelligence engineers, PHDs in mathematics and engineering from the top companies on the cutting edge of AI. The future of AI Agents will be on Solana and we will help lead the way.
