@DHSCgovuk Oh good, another 'plan' 🙄 And why does it have to be a "once in a generation opportunity"? You should be focused on continual improvement and regular reform to boost efficiencies and patient outcomes. The two things you consistently fail to achieve.

You have said absolutely nothing in this government propaganda video. 1) how are those places funded? 2) who are going to do the training and again who funds that? 3) what are you retention strategies if you are saying nothing about pay? 4) what do you mean by apprentices?
