This group of friends were going for an outing in the city, when they finally found a place to park they see it’s $40 but decided to just go ahead and pay it at that point. When they got back they see that their car had a boot on it and they are claiming they went over their parking time limit. Turns out the parking a lot workers have a deal with the boot company, they had the boot company pilot the boot on other peoples cars too so they can make money. As soon as she threatens to call the police, he claims go ahead we have a cop here too, but they hurry up and take the boot off. Was this a scam all along, or did nobody bother to ask if there was a time limit on parking?

PS5 emulation just hit another exciting milestone. SharpEMU can now boot Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition all the way to the main menu, running at a smooth 60 FPS. Current progress: • Game boots successfully • Main menu renders correctly • Stable 60 FPS in the menu • UI is fully responsive • Controller input is working • Graphics render without major corruption • Debug performance overlay is active This may not look like much, but reaching a fully interactive 60 FPS menu is a huge step in emulator development. Guns with words stamped on the slide because they photograph well. This one hit different. Because the message is not sitting on top of a safe queen. Kimber put it on a double stack 1911 that actually begs to be shot. The Warrior takes the spirit of Kimber’s 2K11, strips it down to what matters, and brings it into a price range a working man can actually reach. But the real story is the Boot Campaign. Started in 2009 by five women in Texas after reading Lone Survivor, Boot Campaign grew from a simple photo shoot with combat boots into programs that help veterans with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, insomnia, chronic pain, and the things that follow people home from war. And the number that stuck with me? In 2025, 97 percent of veterans who went through Boot Campaign’s Health and Wellness program no longer qualified for a PTSD diagnosis. That’s not awareness. That’s not a ribbon on a bumper. That’s a man getting his life back. So yes, this is a gun review. But it’s also a reminder that if you were going to buy another gun this year anyway, the real question is whether that money does something on its way out the door.

One thing I never liked about PES was the way boot marks appear on the pitch It has never really been realistic in this game the texture also never reflected on the stripes correctly. But I have found a way to change this so that the boot marks can appear on the pitch in a more realistic manor on the pitch, so similar to the marks you see on most Premier League pitches. Watch how the pitch changes from kick off to the 30 minute mark. Everything is still a work in progress, I had to smoothen the grass texture and detail for testing purposes so the grass is not final, please let me know your thoughts. Hopefully twitter doesn't compress the quality too much for you for you to not see the effect take place #fl26 #pes2021 #football

Ghostty on both macOS and Linux now support marking a terminal as read-only. In this mode, you can still search, scroll, and select text, but no input is sent to the running program. If you have something scary you really don't want to mess up, this is perfect! You can toggle this with the command palette, a keybinding (bind "toggle_readonly"), the context menu, or the main menu.
