Umpire gave no leeway on the challenge timer, a breakdown

They need to fix this idiotic policy. It's just giving the umpires an entirely new opportunity to ruin the game.

Just take balls and strikes completely away from the umps.

dam umpires really don't want this ABS it shows here in this video

Umps have been throwing tantrums so often because of the ABS system LOL From giving the challenge when no one asked to now denying when it was clearly asked for

Fire him now

This is crazy. I have seen a couple of these videos in the last 24 hours and I hadn't heard about this tap shit. The fact that the umps cant even get the tapping right just proves that baseball has become the biggest farce in sports. Must have something to do with gambling.

I guess they need a challenge to the decision to not allow the 1st challenge.

Umps hate tech so this is their passive aggressive way of fighting back

Dude. I love your takes. They make me laugh every time.

Now they’re going to need a count to appeal.

Love your breakdowns.

This is why robots will take over their jobs

Incredible edit, this has to be used in winter meetings coming up. Rule must change.

Just let ABS call balls and strikes!

How can there be a rule to have an umpire decide when the player will challenge and they don’t always say out loud what their call is. It just doesn’t add up to me

So even if they get it in the 2 seconds all they have to say is they didn't see it? Umps should be fined if they miss a challenge

I thought he was retired already

The I’ll actually got it right on both of these in my opinion. I’m not a fan of either of these teams. The taps have to be immediately and they weren’t
