Start with hanging cobra stretch. Learn to activate your posterior chain safely. Then bring your elbows to your pockets Do this 3x/week until you feel comfortable with the movement, then 3 sets 1-2x/week Check out the other 6 exercises here:

START WITH JUST THE STRETCH You wouldn’t see somebody squatting 400 pounds and immediately max out the bar Don’t hurt yourself. Progress with caution

This is the physical opposite of a posture exercise. Targeting the lats shortens them & rolls shoulders forward. Dangerous if treating spinal pain. Noah, this cool video of you would be improved by its information also being correct. God bless💪
