Breakthrough Update: Today, Vertex announced that they are beginning their Phase 3, or pivotal trial for VX-880, a stem cell-derived islet therapy. A pivotal trial gathers the data required for an FDA submission. This therapy is for people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and hypoglycemia unawareness and severe hypoglycemic episodes. This is a HUGE first for the #T1D community as it is the first time a scalable cure for some people with T1D is entering this phase. It's not uncommon to find 15, or even 50, different organizations dedicated to a single rare disease. This is without a doubt holding the rare disease community back. The reality is that compared to more common diseases, rare diseases already face significant hurdles in accessing resources. This scarcity is amplified by the fragmentation of groups. Each organization, operating in isolation, struggles to gather sufficient patient data and biospecimens, which are crucial for advancing research and treatment options. It's not uncommon to find 15, or even 50, different organizations dedicated to a single rare disease. This is without a doubt holding the rare disease community back. The reality is that compared to more common diseases, rare diseases already face significant hurdles in accessing resources. This scarcity is amplified by the fragmentation of groups. Each organization, operating in isolation, struggles to gather sufficient patient data and biospecimens, which are crucial for advancing research and treatment options. Imagine the potential if these groups could unite their efforts. By combining resources, sharing data, and collaborating on research, we could accelerate progress in ways that are currently out of reach. LOCK THEM UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY The brilliant Dr Jeyanthi Kunadhasan testifies before an Australian Senate Committee that in Pfizer’s own clinical trial there were more deaths in the vaccinated group than the placebo group. For the TGA to grant approve to a new drug which had more deaths in the treatment group than the placebo group is beyond inconceivable, it was criminally negligent. And their excuse for doing so, was the claim the guesswork that the deaths in the vaccinated group where not related to the vaccine - yet many of these were unexplained sudden deaths for which no autopsy was performed. So their excuse that the deaths in the vaccinated group where not related to the vaccine was made without any evidence - which was also criminally negligent. And now we have tens of thousands of excess dead Australians - exactly what the results of the Pfizer trial suggested would happen. So it’s beyond criminal negligence- it’s mass negligent homicide. And to think they forced Australians to inject this stuff, knowing full well that Pfizer’s trial indicated that increase your risk of death. Forget the Royal Commission, we need to go straight to Nuremberg 2.0
