These include developers, manufacturers, and suppliers of drones for the occupiers, individuals assisting in importing critical components into Russia, as well as those training drone operators. In total, more than a hundred entities and individuals. We are actively working with our partners to synchronize these sanctions with their respective measures. Help not only our resilience, but also in fact themselves – if certain countries cut off the blatantly reprehensible schemes of supplying Russia with critical components for the production of missiles and drones, the Russian threat will become drastically smaller. Putin does not know how to wage war without terror. Russia would not have a single missile or most of its drones, and therefore would not be able to cause significant damage to our energy sector, if they were unable to purchase or somehow import Western-made components for missiles and "shaheds", as well as components and machinery from South Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. Unfortunately, many critical components are still being supplied to Russia from Europe and the US. And we are not talking about a dozen components, but hundreds of thousands of components, purely commercial supplies. The direct consequence of all this is that the Russians are terrorizing our country, threatening other countries, behaving despicably, and refusing to make peace. There are specific points that must be pressured. And we are doing everything to make that pressure work. The world has the power to stop terror – any terror – and Russia is no exception.

I thank every country and every company that helps Ukraine repair its energy system. This is crucial. Thank you to all who support the PURL program, helping us buy Patriot missiles. But wouldn’t it be cheaper and easier to just cut Russia off from the components it needs for missile production? Or even destroy the factories making them?

There will also be updates on the abductors of Ukrainian children – this must be met with truly global pressure. Over the past week, Russia has used more than 630 strike drones, approximately 740 guided aerial bombs, and nearly 50 missiles of various types – totaling over 50,000 sanctioned components sourced from around the world. The sanctions pressure on supply chains for foreign components remains insufficient. Russia continues to acquire the components and manufacturing tools it needs – almost globally – and uses them in the weapons it employs to terrorize Ukraine. We must continue strengthening cooperation with all our partners on sanctions, air defense systems, long-range weapons, and support for our warriors. These priorities will help protect our cities, villages, and positions on the frontline. I am grateful to every partner helping us with this.

Ukrainian military intelligence has identified the Russian army brigades that launched ballistic missiles at Sumy. The strike with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles on April 13 was carried out by Russian forces from the 112th and 448th missile brigades, according to Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence. He stated that the missiles were launched from the territory of Russia’s Voronezh region (Liski) and Kursk region (Lezhenki). Today is the Christian holiday of Palm Sunday.
