In total, 42 countries are represented there. Different continents, different political approaches to global affairs, but everyone is united by the priority of international law. Many countries will be represented, different continents, including the countries of the Global South. It is very important because in such matters as food security, the fate of millions of people in Africa, Asia, and other parts of the world directly depends on how fast the world will be in implementing the Peace Formula. I am grateful to Saudi Arabia for this platform for negotiations. Recently, a meeting in the same format was held in Copenhagen. We are moving step by step towards the Global Peace Summit. It is very important that the world sees: a fair and honest end to Russian aggression will benefit everyone in the world. Everyone! Liberating Ukrainian land from the occupiers means restoring full respect for international law and the UN Charter. Eliminating all threats created by Russia to Ukrainian and global security means returning peace to international relations and stability to global life. Today in Kharkiv, another Russian precision-guided aerial bomb struck a civilian postal terminal. Currently, we know of ten injured. Sadly, one person was killed. Such Russian bombs remain Putin’s key capability to wage war. The sooner the world helps us neutralize Russia’s combat aviation launching these bombs and the sooner we can strike back with justified strikes against Russian military infrastructure and airfields, the closer peace will be. The world possesses enough strength to force Russia to make peace. While defending the Kharkiv region from Russian advances, we have shown that the resolve of partners truly makes a difference. Strikes on Russian border areas have helped our efforts to save lives. Similarly, further bold decisions will help, the ones that are necessary and the ones we are discussing with partners. We will continue this communication in the coming weeks in order to secure necessary decisions. Equally crucial, in the weeks following the Peace Summit, we have maintained constant dialogue with partners to support the summit’s communiqué. Already, we have secured ten more signatures from various participants across the world. The world must be represented as broadly as possible in peace efforts. In total, almost 70 global actors have already joined the Peace Formula process. The aspiration for peace is stipulated in international law and the UN Charter. But does the UN Charter work? Here in Ukraine, in the Middle East, and in African countries, the answer to this question is the cries of mothers burying their sons and daughters killed in wars, as well as the despair of children orphaned by wars. We can and must give a different answer. I proposed the Peace Formula last year. Its 10 points cover all aspects of Russia's aggression against Ukraine and are based on the principles of the UN Charter and UNGA resolutions. Over the year, the Formula has gradually become global, with more and more countries and international organizations joining efforts to implement it. The result of these collective actions can be the restoration of the territorial integrity of our state and the full force of international law, thus ensuring a reliable and just peace.

Throughout the day, we held various meetings to prepare our Ukrainian Victory Plan. Each point is filled with real substance—military, political, diplomatic, and economic. Key figures for every area have been involved. The necessary steps for Ukraine are already clearly defined. Throughout the day, we held various meetings to prepare our Ukrainian Victory Plan. Each point is filled with real substance—military, political, diplomatic, and economic. Key figures for every area have been involved. The necessary steps for Ukraine are already clearly defined. These steps will give us the strongest possible positions to bring about peace—a real and just peace. For every step, we have a clear list of actions—what exactly is needed and what will strengthen our efforts. There is nothing impossible in this plan. Over 90% of it is already laid out. This comprehensive package will ensure the right development of the situation not only for Ukraine but for everyone around the world who values international law. Next week, we will present our Victory Plan to our allies. I am grateful to everyone in the world who stands with Ukraine and helps us defend life.

Today, Ukrainian representatives will continue their discussions in the United States with President Trump’s team. Our task now is to obtain full information about what was said in Moscow and what other pretexts Putin has come up with to drag out the war and to pressure Ukraine. Ukraine is prepared for any possible developments, and of course we will work as constructively as possible with all partners to ensure that peace is achieved – and that it is, after all, a dignified peace. Only a dignified peace provides real security, and we fully understand that this requires – and will continue to require – the support of our partners.
