Id like to know how any of this came to be laws considering the British weren't going to regulate Washingtons musket. After all that is the core principle behind it was access to same weapons tyrants would use on them. Shall not be infringed. Deliberate red tape is infringement.

I am certain that the government has no jurisdiction over our right to keep and bear arms. Now we are being told that some animals are more equal than others. The judicial branch has no standing. Their only option is to state government cannot infringe upon the right to KaBA.

Back in the day, a 4473 alone couldn't clear a suppressor without an approved Form 4. So if both were required to get a green light through NICS, why is a standard 4473 alone being allowed to pass today?

I bought silencers a while back F4 because every time I fired a machine gun neighbors called the cops. Sheriff’s said they couldn’t keep sending officers out. So I ordered a bunch and have since transferred most of them out moved. Locals said they couldn’t keep sending officers.

I agree, it's too soon to buy a Form 4 weapon without a Form 4, and I couldn't imagine an FFL selling one without it. And then I opened my email this morning and found this (I live in metro Phoenix in the Free World!)
