The girl on the left is so delusional. I think the guy in the middle was speaking a lot of facts and he was even getting very deep into the issue. There is a deeper layer. Most people do not partake in metacognition. This results in these delusions. That girl has never thought about why she has the thoughts that she has. She's never thought about why her dad is able to provide for her. She hasn't realized the fact that the guys she's trying to date don't have kids therefore they haven't stepped up to that point where they can provide that much for someone else. They might not even be able to, judging by what the man was saying. Using her dad as an example is, if you actually think a little deeper on it, very stupid as a comparison. By that logic she should be going out and dating someone's dad then. Someone that already has kids. But she don't want that, I guarantee. So then there's a disconnect in her logic. This is where metacognition comes in. If she had realized that disconnect then she could ask herself well why do I feel this way. Why do I feel like this is possible even though logically it isn't. At this point she can figure out where her bias is and adjust her mindset and rhetoric to mirror that. But that's the issue that I stated up top. The vast majority of human beings do not partake in metacognition and therefore vast majority of humans hold one or more, if not many, delusions. I think all humans, to a degree, have delusions that Spawn from lack of metacognition on issues. It's almost impossible to stay in a mindset that metacognates on everything throughout the day. You wouldn't want to anyways because it would take up all your time and also cause you to think many unpleasant things. So, in short, the reason why these girls believe what they believe is just due to part of The Human Condition (a human living normally doesn't constantly think why they think) and I don't know if it's fixable and I don't know if we want to fix it to be honest. It might just be the rough Edge on us, as humanity, that we need in order to exist properly.
