It's a repeat #demonetization 🤣😂 99.3% of currency came back to the banks during demonetization (although #Dhurandhar2 was silent on it) ABOUT 91.13% of the decided appeals favored restoring the excluded electors to the rolls in WB Now many will reenter the rolls through #Form6

The speaker argues that the current student protests over exam paper leaks should not be limited to demanding the resignation of the Education Minister. Instead, he claims the root cause lies with the central government, alleging that institutions such as the Election Commission and the electoral system have been compromised. Key themes include: Criticism of the Prime Minister, the BJP, RSS, and the Union government. Allegations that repeated exam paper leaks reflect systemic governance failures. Calls for a broader political movement rather than a single-issue protest. Strong criticism of EVMs and advocacy for a return to paper ballots. Claims that democratic institutions have been weakened. Criticism of India's foreign policy, particularly regarding the US, Israel, Iran, China, and oil imports. Appeals for youth and citizens to participate in peaceful, sustained democratic movements. The video primarily expresses political opinions and allegations, many of which are disputed or not established as fact. For example: Claims that elections cannot be won unless permitted by the Prime Minister are political assertions, not proven facts. Statements about the Election Commission being completely controlled or elections being predetermined remain matters of political debate rather than judicially established conclusions. References to exam paper leaks are grounded in real incidents, but the attribution of responsibility to specific political actors is the speaker's interpretation. This video is less a news report and more a political speech. It mixes genuine public concerns—such as exam paper leaks, unemployment, and institutional accountability—with strong political accusations and personal opinions. Some criticisms are based on real events, while many broader conclusions are contested and should not be accepted as established facts without independent evidence. A healthy democracy allows criticism of governments, but it also requires citizens to distinguish between verified facts, political opinion, and rhetorical claims.

Delhi: Co-convenor, Cockroach Janta Party, Saurav Das says, "The second thing that is happening-look at Bengal. There is a very significant and serious observation regarding Bengal in these files. In Bengal, 60 lakh people were identified as having logical discrepancies. This means that there was some issue with their details, such as their names not matching or it not being clear whether their parents were included in the previous SIR. Out of those 60 lakh people, 33 lakh were subsequently added. But when those 33 lakh voters were added following the Supreme Court’s order, the Election Commission of India challenged the addition in court in a matter involving lakhs of voters. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi asked in the files: These appeals are being filed against voters in such large numbers-who authorised them? It is being done in the name of the Election Commission of India, but who is authorising it? You need to understand that the Election Commission is not the sole responsibility of one person. There are three Election Commissioners, and the Commission functions either by consensus or by majority vote. The two other Election Commissioners clearly called this illegal, but even then, the Election Commission of India, under the direction of Gyanesh Kumar-and whoever is directing or controlling him-has continued carrying out these illegal actions for months. It has been going on for a long time, for nearly one and a half years, since the SIR began..."

[WATCH] IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION. In the interest of democratic participation and to allow our communities to exercise their fair choice in selecting those they believe will be the best public representatives. Those communities affected we believe should be given the opportunity to participate in the democratic processes. It is not harmful to democracy to allow the investigation into the technical issues to take place. On of the major changes is how the ANC manages the candidate selection process is that there are new requirements, the criteria we use now is much more stringent to ensure that those we send to contest elections are qualifying and wanted by their communities, both in ethical conduct, skills and competence. What that means is that ANC processes of candidates selection are very laborious and we are the first to admit that they are laborious because we involve over a period of time many stakeholders including the community, to those who say why we left things to the eleventh hour we can say categorically we did not. We want to assure our members and communities that those communities and municipalities affected we are dealing with this issue and do find justice in the process and that they will exercise their democratic right. That is why we are asking for a constructive solution with the independent electoral commission and we do believe they will open the door to engagement, it is a Chapter 9 institution it is duty bound to find a solution as long as that solution does not break the law. We are not asking for any changes in our list, we are asking for that portion that was kicked out to be investigated.
