Charger went into the emergency lane to go around then got snagged at a column causing his car to whip out and hit them. His fault, speeding, reckless driving and illegal lane change.

Charger. Reverse cam shows the ridiculous relative speed as he approaches. Girl is pressured and starts to change lanes. Lane warning goes off as white car on right is changing to middle lane too so returns to lane to avoid collision. Charger dude Chargers.

Clearly the charger. The girl didn’t even leave her lane, got notified that there was something there, and the charger has to maintain control of their car. Driving on the shoulder isn’t allowed. He would have rear ended her and that is always the rear enders fault too.
