🚨🚨🚨 Why is Cal State LA professor Melina Abdullah identifying a specific ICE agent, telling a crowd where he may be staying, giving the street address, and repeatedly saying to “fuck him up”? “Brian Palacios may be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at 2000 Solar Drive… fuck him... up.” She later urges the crowd to read Blood in My Eye and “study guerrilla warfare.” Abdullah later tried to broaden the meaning of “fuck him up,” saying it can include exposing agents or making them uncomfortable. But that qualification comes only after she names a specific person, gives a possible location and street address, and repeatedly tells the crowd to “fuck him up.” You can argue about the legal threshold. It is much harder to argue that this sequence would not reasonably be understood as putting a specific person in danger. I don't know if this is a skit or the truth but he claims his mom gave him up at birth and this encounter was his second time meeting her. All I can say is that although hearing her and what she says is a gut punch to the soul...in time understanding that she at least gave you away to be loved because she knew she didn't have it to give to him from herself .

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent threatened to kill a U.S. citizen for driving through a neighborhood, in Cold Spring, Minnesota. In the video, a woman is in her car when an agent walks towards her, with his hand on his gun, in the middle of the street. He tells her that if she comes near him with her car, it will be “the last thing that you do.” In other words… a federal agent just threatened to execute a U.S. citizen for driving down a public street. She immediately points out that she wasn’t even close to him and tells him to get out of the road. Instead, the agent escalates. He stands directly in front of her vehicle, hand still on his gun, and tells her she cannot reverse or leave the street. Except there’s just one problem… He never identifies a crime. He never states a lawful order. He simply blocks her car and starts issuing threats. That’s an illegal detention. Then, he contradicts himself… He told her she can’t back up… and seconds later screams at her to “back the f*ck up.” The agent then walks to the side of her car and begins shining a flashlight directly into her face, with his hand still on his gun. When she tells him to get the light out of her face and back off, he moves directly in front of her car again and repeats the threat: “Do not hit me. This is your first and last warning.” Again… she hasn’t moved. Her car is still in reverse, and she repeatedly tells him to take his hand off his gun. She even says: “I’m not going to hit you!” And yet, the agent keeps escalating, screaming the same accusation over and over… as if he’s trying to manufacture a justification to shoot her. This is the exact same tactic we’ve already seen in multiple shootings involving ICE/Border Patrol… where federal agents step in front of vehicles and then claim they feared for their lives when the driver tries to leave, like they told them to do. Blocking a vehicle, threatening deadly force, illegally detaining a citizen, and creating a scenario where a shooting can be justified after the fact… Is not only dangerous, it’s illegal. Because when armed federal agents start threatening to kill people for driving down their own street, more people are eventually going to end up dead… And they will call it “self-defense.” And removing Kristi Noem isn’t going to change that.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey. In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched. So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head? This is another agent that needs to be investigated… Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.

🚨I was asked to post this video The person taking this video is selling gadgets I can say, and he is using a trolly which is movable. JMPD came straight to him and he was not the only person selling on the street, there where foreigners selling vegetables there and they use tables. Now the issue is that they left all those people and went straight to him using a trolley, took everything he had without issuing anything to him they just left like that. South African is it okay for them to do what they did?⁉️ Please assist🚨

The teen repeatedly told them they had the wrong person, and that he was interning at the Superior Court. They handcuffed him anyway and dragged him to their car. And it gets worse. Before grabbing him, agents were taking photos of the child… which understandably terrified him. The judge saw how shaken he was and offered to drive him home. ICE then swarmed the judge's car, demanded everyone get out, threatened to smash the windows, and effectively kidnapped a child. All of this happened while he was doing nothing but his internship… and as a JUDGE was trying to help him get home safely. This isn’t just a “bad call”… it underscores how reckless and dangerous ICE’s enforcement tactics have become. And it’s even scarier in light of broader accusations about ICE and child trafficking.

This woman rented a car and was told to drop it off at this parking lot. The owner of the business where she is sitting in front of comes out and asks what she is doing. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally arrested a U.S. citizen for not carrying ID… then dumped him an hour and a half later, miles away, in Minneapolis. In the video, a U.S. citizen is standing in a parking lot while agents illegally racially profile him and try to “run” his information. They can’t identify him. Bystanders repeatedly tell the agents he is a U.S. citizen and that they cannot take him. The agents ignore everyone, walk him to their vehicle, and take him anyway. An hour and a half later, after illegally detaining and transporting him, they drop him off miles from where they kidnapped him. That is an unlawful detention. That is an unlawful arrest. That is government agents disappearing a U.S. citizen because he didn’t have “papers” on him. And this is exactly why you never answer ICE’s questions. The only thing you should ever say to an agent is: “Am I being detained, or am I free to go?” If they are stopping you, they should already know who you are.

In this clip, Shaykh Sulaymān al-Ruḥaylī clarifies an important point for those who are not performing Ḥajj on the Day of ʿArafah: Some people go to the mosques and remain there until sunset, busy in Duʿāʾ. However, to specifically intend staying in the mosque from Ẓuhr until Maghrib is not something prescribed, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not do that. What is legislated and recommended is to increase in Duʿāʾ throughout the day of ʿArafah, wherever a person may be. The focus should be on abundant supplication, not on fixing a specific form of staying in the masjid.

In the video, mask ICE agents approach a construction site. One masked agent orders a man to put down the pole he’s carrying, so he can question him… while another agent walks up to a man who is setting concrete. The man setting concrete tells the agent he isn’t going to talk to him because he’s working. The agent ignores him and says… “Where were you born? We are looking for someone.” The man tells him he doesn’t care who they’re looking for… He’s working. Instead of leaving him alone, the agent gets in his way, and demands his identification. The man says he doesn’t have an ID on him… So, the agent demands his name. The man tells him he’s a legal U.S. citizen, and that’s all he needs to tell him. The agent ignores that, and keeps harassing him with… Where were you born? Where are you from? The United States? The U.S. citizens keeps trying to tell the agent he needs to work before the concrete is sets, and tries to walk away. But the agent keeps following and blocking the U.S. citizen until he finally tells the agent to get off of him, and demands the agent’s name and badge number. The agent responds… “I’m asking YOU the questions.” Then, another agent says, “Let’s go.” And the agent finally walks away, saying… “Okay, that’s fine. HE’S NOT OUR GUY ANYWAY.” THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU KEEP HARASSING HIM?! ICE cannot just stop or detain someone because they want to know where they were born. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures, and ICE agents need reasonable suspicion to detain someone for immigration questioning. And if this was just a “voluntary conversation,” the man was free to walk away. Instead, the agent followed him, blocked him from working, repeatedly demanded his identity and birthplace, and continued confronting him AFTER he tried to walk away. And that should piss everyone off. Because this wasn’t about finding the person they were looking for… The agent admitted that he KNEW the man wasn’t their guy. But that didn’t stop the armed federal agent from following and harassing a U.S. citizen. And it’s exactly how constitutional rights disappear… one “small” violation at a time… until we’re expected to accept the government treating our rights like they’re optional.

In the video, ICE agents confront a woman outside her home and demand she hand over her ID to “prove” she is a U.S. citizen, something they have no legal authority to require without reasonable suspicion of a specific crime. She asks why they need her ID. They tell her they have a “target” who lives at the address. So she asks, “Who is the target?” An agent responds, “We have to make sure you aren’t our target,” then immediately asks, “Do you live at this address?” She says yes. The person filming points out the obvious and tells her she should call 911, because she already stated she’s a citizen and ICE has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. That’s when the agent says, “She never said she was a citizen. Calm down.” The woman corrects him. She clearly states she is a citizen, and explains they never asked her about her status, they just demanded ID, which again, is not legal. The agent repeats himself, claiming they have a target connected to the home and want to make sure she isn’t that person. She then asks the only question that matters: “Do you have a warrant?” An agent says, “Yes, we have a warrant for their arrest.” She asks to see it. They refuse. Instead, the agent says, “I’ve got to make sure you are the person.” That’s still not how warrants work. If ICE actually had a valid warrant, they would already know who they were looking for, would not be guessing, and would be legally required to present it on request. Standing outside a home doesn’t change that. You don’t have to identify yourself just so federal agents can decide whether their claimed warrant applies to you. This is a textbook ICE intimidation tactic… demand ID, lie about warrants, deny proof, and hope people don’t know their rights. ICE/Border Patrol agents are harassing U.S. citizens in their own neighborhood, fishing for consent they are not entitled to. And this is how rights get erased, not all at once, but slowly, through lies, pressure, and people being told to “calm down.”

In the video, ICE agents confront a woman outside her home and demand she hand over her ID to “prove” she is a U.S. citizen, something they have no legal authority to require without reasonable suspicion of a specific crime. She asks why they need her ID. They tell her they have a “target” who lives at the address. So she asks, “Who is the target?” An agent responds, “We have to make sure you aren’t our target,” then immediately asks, “Do you live at this address?” She says yes. The person filming points out the obvious and tells her she should call 911, because she already stated she’s a citizen and ICE has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. That’s when the agent says, “She never said she was a citizen. Calm down.” The woman corrects him. She clearly states she is a citizen, and explains they never asked her about her status, they just demanded ID, which again, is not legal. The agent repeats himself, claiming they have a target connected to the home and want to make sure she isn’t that person. She then asks the only question that matters: “Do you have a warrant?” An agent says, “Yes, we have a warrant for their arrest.” She asks to see it. They refuse. Instead, the agent says, “I’ve got to make sure you are the person.” That’s still not how warrants work. If ICE actually had a valid warrant, they would already know who they were looking for, would not be guessing, and would be legally required to present it on request. In the video, six ICE agents walk onto the property, with guns drawn, and start searching it. The property owner tells them to get off his private property, and they ignore him. Then, they start chase after a man, who starts running, and tackles him. The property owner runs over and tells them… “Get out of here. This is private property.” The ICE agent literally responds, “That doesn’t matter. He was running. Get back.” Then the agent starts SHOVING the property owner backward. The owner tells him, “I live here.” The agent tells him to back up or he’ll be arrested. ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. Then the owner asks, “Where is your warrant?” And the ICE agent says… “We do not need a warrant.” Except… that’s not how the Constitution works. The Fourth Amendment protects civilians from unreasonable searches and seizures. ICE does NOT get to just walk onto private property, guns drawn, search it, and ignore the property owner demanding to know their legal authority… because they claim they saw someone run. And what makes this even more disturbing is that when a U.S. citizen is questioning why armed federal agents are on HIS property, the response is to SHOVE him and threaten to arrest him. Because apparently telling armed federal agents to get off your own property… is now grounds for arrest. This is exactly why people need to be recording every ICE encounter. Because when the people with guns, and badges, refuse to explain what legal authority they have, the video may be the only thing showing what actually happened. The Constitution still applies to ICE. A young boy was caught on camera taking off running up the street and the person filming had no idea whether to call for help or what to do - they noted he may be autistic which adds a completely different layer to this situation. Whether that is the case or not a child running alone in the street is dangerous regardless of the reason and the priority is always getting that child safe first. If you ever see a child running alone and in potential danger do not hesitate - call 911 immediately and stay with the child until help arrives. How would you have handled this? You may be the only person standing between that kid and a serious accident.

In Minnesota, ICE agents handcuffed a pregnant woman, forced her onto her stomach, and put their full body weight and knees on her, refusing to let her get up. In the video, you can hear the crowd screaming over and over that she is pregnant. They plead with the agents to stop. The woman is not resisting, not moving, not a threat. It doesn’t matter. The agents ignore them, continue pointing pepper spray at the crowd, and one agent even shoves a woman backward, assaulting her simply for speaking up. People keep begging them to let the pregnant woman off her stomach, to stop putting weight on her body. The agents refuse. The crowd grows louder and more desperate, because they are watching someone who could lose her pregnancy, right in front of them, at the hands of ICE agents. Only after the crowd begins throwing snowballs is the pregnant woman able to get off her stomach. And then it gets worse. The ICE agents begin pepper spraying the crowd. One agent drags the pregnant woman by the arm while she is still helpless and restrained. Pepper spray fills the air, hitting bystanders and the pregnant woman herself as she lies on the ground beneath them. This is not “law enforcement.” This is cruelty. This is reckless endangerment. This is state violence carried out in public, on camera, against a pregnant woman who posed no threat. If this is what they’re willing to do while being filmed, imagine what happens when no one is watching.
