Space used to be one‑and‑done: launch a satellite and make the most of its capabilities. Our Mission Robotic Vehicle (MRV) is like a multi-tool in orbit, inspecting, repairing, upgrading and extending the life of existing spacecraft.

After two consecutive PSLV setbacks, Indian Space Research Organisation has made a powerful comeback 🇮🇳🔥 The failures of PSLV-C61 and PSLV-C62 had raised serious questions about India’s launch programme, but ISRO answered today with a successful mission. GSLV-F17 lifted off carrying EOS-05, India’s first imaging satellite designed to operate from geosynchronous orbit, and successfully placed it into its intended transfer orbit. This mission is more than just another launch, it is a reminder that setbacks are an inevitable part of space exploration, and what truly matters is how you rise, learn, and come back stronger 💪

We partnered with Planet to send a prototype satellite carrying four TPUs into orbit. We’ll be looking to see how well the TPUs withstand the harsh conditions of space to assess whether we can eventually host machine learning in orbit.

Hurricane Polo has spent the last 12 hours at Category 5 strength just off Mexico’s west coast. It's looking increasingly likely that Polo will cross Baja California early next week, with its remnants potentially producing a serious flood situation in the U.S. Southwest.

One company alone managing more than 11,000 satellites in orbit is completely insane SpaceX is basically becoming the traffic controller of low Earth orbit Every Starlink satellite has autonomous collision avoidance onboard If collision probability rises above just 1 in 100,000, the satellite begins planning an avoidance maneuver That is 10× more conservative than the 1-in-10,000 industry threshold SpaceX cites But the impressive part goes beyond Starlink itself SpaceX continuously shares precise orbital data and planned trajectories with the U.S. Space Force, LeoLabs and other satellite operators so everyone can screen for potential conjunctions and coordinate maneuvers Starlink satellites can then calculate safer trajectories and autonomously move when needed 11,000+ spacecraft Constantly moving Constantly tracking risk Constantly coordinating with everything else in orbit SpaceX built the largest satellite constellation in history and then built an autonomous traffic management system around it

NEWS: For the first time, SpaceX's Dragon capsule just successfully performed a reboot demo using its Draco thrusters to alter the International Space Station's altitude. NASA gave SpaceX the contract to deorbit the ISS & send it into the ocean at the end of its lifetime in 2031. The Dragon capsule fired its Draco thrusters for ~12.5 minutes today to adjust the station’s orbit. Here is a video of the test today:

A Chinese inventor has created a robotic arm weighing five tons. The massive steel structure perfectly mimics the hand and finger movements of the human operator with remarkable precision. To demonstrate the power of his machine, Fan Shishan delivered a strike that crushed a Volvo XC70 and triggered its airbags.

NASA First started putting Satellites into Orbit in 1958 Of course you never got to see credible video footage of this ever - there was this clip of an Astronaut recovering a Satellite in 1984 (yes this is NASA Footage) Space X are now finally exposing NASA Fraud in real time by showing you what it actually looks like

🚨#BREAKING: Large Boeing Satellite Suddenly Explodes Into Pieces as the company calls a total loss. 📌#Outerspace l #Space A Boeing satellite belonging to multinational service provider Intelsat mysteriously broke apart in geostationary orbit over the weekend. According to an official update, an ‘anomaly’ caused the satellite, known as IS-33e, to be destroyed, resulting in what the company calls a ‘total loss.’ The exact cause of the breakup remains unclear. The U.S. Space Force announced it is tracking around 20 pieces of debris but noted no immediate threats. The satellite, which weighed 14,600 pounds and was roughly the size of a minivan, was designed and manufactured by Boeing Space Systems and launched in 2016. It provided broadband services, including internet and phone communications, to parts of Europe, Africa, and most of Asia

Major Tom. This is an empty space suit released into orbit. On February 3, 2006, astronauts from Expedition 12 pushed an old Russian space suit away from the International Space Station. The suit was fitted with radio equipment and turned into a tiny satellite called SuitSat. As it drifted through space, it broadcast signals for a short time before the equipment failed. From Earth, it looked eerily like a floating human figure, silently moving through the darkness of orbit. For months, this lifeless suit circled our planet no astronaut inside, no control, just a hollow reminder of human presence in space until atmospheric drag finally pulled it back down. Some called him Major Tom, when ground control had the last message…

STARLINK IS RUNNING EARTH’S LARGEST SERVER… IN ORBIT While everyone else is bragging about data centers on the ground, SpaceX quietly put 9,000 solar-powered computers in space and called it a constellation! Orbital Math: • Starlink sits at over 9,000+ active satellites after the latest batch • The entire rest of Earth manages roughly 3,000 to 4,000 combined • Each Starlink unit is a solar-powered network node with onboard compute • SpaceX now operates around 75 % of all active satellites in orbit At this rate Earth’s “space industry” is basically Starlink plus supporting characters!
