@CerakoteFinish Y'all still telling people they HAVE to buy stuff from you and only you to be covered by injunction (even though that isnt true and all plantiffs and their members/customers are covered)

The injunction currently allows individuals covered by the injunction (members of plaintiff associations – GOA, etc.) to reconfigure their firearm into a SBR if allowed by state and local law and they follow all other applicable federal laws, which including the marking requirements that were not enjoined. It does not require the firearm to be a PSA firearm or purchased from PSA – that was our proposed “safe” method to get double coverage and was based on an earlier understanding. This situation is constantly evolving, and we apologize for the confusion. As we now understand it, the keys for making/possessing SBRs are: Membership in one of the plaintiff associations, compliance with all state and local laws, and compliance with remaining federal laws. @CerakoteFinish I appreciate the reply. I love your stuff and have been buying from you for decades, but the video saying ONLY BOTH buying from PSA and being a GOA member (i do both anyway) was the ONLY way to be covered struck a nerve.
