Roosevelt, Louisa May Alcott, Roy Rogers, Babe Ruth, and Joe DiMaggio. Her exquisite dance work with Fred Astaire is a sight to regard in “Thinking of You.” It revealed Vera-Ellen as an exceptional fine ballroom dancer. Astaire was equally a talented ballroom dancer. Much of his style owing itself to ballroom dance.
