Blurring the line between humor and education.

If you are not doing leg curls BEFORE your heavy quad movement, you are acting a fool (again) Why? 1. Warms up the knees 2. Gets some blood in the hams and almost acts as a spring out of a deep squat/hack/leg press, etc. If you haven't already, give it a shot your next leg day, and you'll never go back. These should be hard, working sets of leg curls

Finally hit 600 lbs on the squat. I've been working towards this for basically the past 7 months. Thanks to "Fate of Ophelia" by Taylor Swift blaring in my ear, and the inspirational post quoted below, it actually moved quite well!

Single arm cable lat row has been a GREAT addition to my back days Always good to hit them from a different angle than your regular pulldown Tips: - neutral grip - think about driving elbow into hips, but do NOT bring elbow past and behind your back - keep the shoulder of the arm you're working down, and as far from your ear as you can - good stretch at front - go LIGHT on these - really find the lats here

I really like cable curls because the resistance is pretty even throughout the entire rep. Especially if you put the cable a notch or two up from the bottom, and face away. That way it's pulling BACK in the stretch, rather than down 🧠

One of my favorite tricep exercises over the last 6 months or so has been the overhead barbell extensions - can get a great stretch - keep elbows in as much as possible - *highly* recommend EZ bar vs. straight bar My tris are always on fire after these
