The Bondi affair! They want you to believe that... Naveed Akram was some random ki!!er with no professional training who could successfully fire off 4 rounds from a bolt action in 5 odd seconds! And despite all of the noise, he had superior eye coordination with the sight, steady gait, trigger action & reflexes of a sharp shooter. For some reason his name was also trending in Israel the day before the alleged affair on Dec. 13th. His friend says his background is Italian and Indian! Is this already Bangladesh❓ ❌TMC MLA Rafiqur Rahaman is... now asking to shut off light and sound during namaaz. ❌Ever since Mamata Banerjee came to power, such statements have become common. ‼️Let us be very clear 👉🏻Rafiqur Rahaman dares to say this because his constituency has more than 45% of the vote bank, so he no longer cares about Bengali Hindus. 👉🏻Mamata Banerjee is following the same playbook across Bengal. 👉🏻The percentage of Bengali Hindus has already fallen from 78% during Independence to 67%, and the day is not far when with her policy of settling Bangladeshi vote banks in Bengal, this number will fall to 50%. Today they are telling us to stop Durga Puja celebrations for namaaz. Tomorrow they will ask us to stop everything for Friday prayers. Soon we will have to take permission to celebrate our own festivals in our own land. This is not just politics. This is a direct attack on Bengali culture, Bengali identity and Bengali pride. Demographic change is the biggest threat to Bengali Hindus. We already left our homes and properties once in East Bengal, today’s Bangladesh. Where will we go now? UP? Bihar?show more

Came across a prospect that, based off Panini Senior... Bowl summer grades, we must like far above early media stuff and it's UCLA Football DT #93 Jay Toia. If you want to see him at his best, checkout Arizona tape. There were plenty of 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙨, like this👇one, in that game. Sheesh! 😳 Toia (6021v, 338v, 33 1/8 arm, 10 hand) is best suited for 1-tech than true zero NT because he has more disruptive upfield quickness than most massive two-gappers his size. Luring JayToia back out of the portal recently was big-time for new Bruins HC DeShaun Foster. Lookout of this guy, Big Ten O-linemen! #TheDraftStartsInMOBILE™️show more

If you don’t know who Thomas Sorber it is,... it’s time to familiarize yourself He’s a 19-year-old big with a 7’6” wing span and a versatile skillset that will fit seamlessly at the NBA level His defense gives of shades of a future all-defensive contender, as he already has great awareness, a strong BLK% (7.6%), which only gets better against better competition (8.3% against top-50 comp) On the offensive end, his face-up game and ability to operate from the high post, both as a creator and playmaker, has had him high on my big board since day one His touch from the mid-range and the FT line hints at him eventually stretching his shot out to the 3PT line AND he’s got an AST% (15.6%) higher than a renowned playmaking big in Derik Queen (11.6%), while also having a positive AST/TO ratio at 1.1 The kid has the juice and there’s an argument for him to be the first 5 off the boardshow more

A few things seem quite obvious at this point:... ◾️Putin started his fifth term with a bloody terrorist attack and most likely it will not be the last one ◾️rf special services either knew or were the actual organizers of the terrorist attack ◾️Putin for the sake of his goals is ready to kill russians in terrorist attacks (which he has done before) - women and children, people, many of whom probably voted for him in the elections. ◾️american intelligence that issued warning about the terrorist attack being in the making works effectively in Russia. ◾️the topic of votes falsifications during the "election" has been wiped off of the agenda. ◾️last morning’s massive shelling of Ukraine, targeting Dnipro Hydro Power Plant, Ukrainians that were killed and millions that were left without heat and electricity - all of that was pushed out out of today’s news agenda. ◾️the number of victims putin's power creates is growing every day, it is necessary to stop this bloody maniac. So far, the only real candidate for the job is the Armed Forces of Ukraine.show more

“Can you just imagine WWE if every single guy... came out wearing the exact same thing?” In April 2022, Big Ben Rothwell announced on Ariel Helwani’s show that after 13 years with the UFC, his request for release was granted. After receiving offers from Bellator, PFL, and BKFC, Rothwell ultimately signed with BKFC, citing a great deal and the desire for creative freedom that had been stifled during the UFC’s Reebok era. Rothwell recalled an incident where he wore his iconic “cloak” backstage, only for the UFC to demand he take it off. Another time, Rothwell offered to let the UFC keep the $10,000 Reebok money so he could wear the cloak. Their response? “We’ll stop the whole show and take your entire purse if you wear it.” Rothwell drew inspiration from Francis Ngannou crossing over to boxing and Conor McGregor’s ventures into the same space, but his main desire was simple: to fight in front of live crowds again. “The Apex is not for me,” he said bluntly. He also spoke about his comfort fighting bare-knuckle, revealing that during his UFC days, he often waived the requirement for hand wraps. If anything happened to his hands, he’d accept the consequences. The first time he did this was in his fight against Brendan Schaub—though no, he didn’t head to P.F. Chang’s afterward to celebrate. Less than three years later, Rothwell is crowned BKFC champion, winning the belt in just 36 seconds in front of a record-breaking crowd at the Wells Fargo Center. He called it the “craziest” crowd he’s ever fought in front of during his 25-year career. To make the moment even more surreal, McGregor—one of Rothwell’s inspirations to make the crossover—was in the ring as a part-owner of BKFC. Few could have imagined this back in 2022 when Rothwell first announced his move to BKFC. Big Ben Rothwell / Ariel Helwani Bare Knuckle FC / Conor McGregorshow more

People often blame migrants from Bihar for making Mumbai... “dirty.” But today, I witnessed something that deserves to be spoken about. My rickshaw driver noticed an empty plastic bottle left behind by a passenger. It kept rolling around due to the wind and movement. Instead of ignoring it, he picked it up and kept it aside. A few minutes later, he actually pulled over when he spotted a garbage collection point - and made sure to hand it over properly. No camera. No show-off. Just responsibility. In a world where even educated people casually litter and then preach online, this quiet act spoke volumes. Didn’t get his name as I had to rush, but wherever you are - respect. 👏 Sometimes, civic sense has nothing to do with where you come from, and everything to do with who you are. #CivicSense #Mumbai #Biharshow more

In 2007, physicist Freeman Dyson wrote an essay called... “Our Biotech Future” for The New York Review. In it, he wrote: “I see a bright future for the biotechnology industry when it follows the path of the computer industry…becoming small and domesticated rather than big and centralized.” Dyson had recently visited the Philadelphia Flower Show, “the biggest indoor flower show in the world, where flower breeders from all over the world show off the results of their efforts.” And he pondered a future where genetic engineering would enable these breeders to make entirely new types of flowers, unencumbered by the biological limits of evolution. It seems that Dyson’s “biotech future” is now becoming reality. Nick Desnoyer, a postdoctoral fellow in the United Kingdom, has already designed and created more than a dozen bespoke flowers. Desnoyer imagines phenotypes in his head and then uses a combination of breeding, CRISPR, and pathogens to manifest those phenotypes in his flowers. He’s currently working to add new colors to his design palette, including streaks of yellow, amber, purple, and green. All of his flowers are sculpted on nights and weekends, after lab mates have shuffled home for the night. I’m writing an essay about Nick and his process for Asimov Press, called "The Flower Designer." More to share soon! Video below is from Nick's website -->show more

Bogoljub Markovic Film + Notes 🧵 Best thing I... saw: Loved his feel for the game. He was so good out of the short roll. Always knew where everyone on the floor was and made quick decisions with the ball. Biggest Concern: He was just throw around like a doll down low. When hedging screens he had such a hard time getting back to his man and being in good position to box out. Even when in good position, he still got thrown around pretty easily. Offense: - Extremely high IQ - Quick decision maker - his shot is super smooth / high release and quick trigger - Really solid feel when catching in the short roll / but hard to get him in good position on the roll bc of him not being big enough to hold guys behind him - great feel for spacing on and off ball - really solid ball handling for his size / had some good moments getting a rebound and pushing the ball up the floor - a lot better finishing through traffic than actually finishing through contact - not really going to be able to create his own shot at any point / it’s either catch and shoot or catch pump fake and drive or catch and finish Defense - Hard for him to get back in position when hedging screens because of the weight - ^ piggy backing off this, thought he had the foot speed and length to hang with guys on the perimeter (Mega Superbet just had really small guards so they had to run this drop to keep them out of bad switches) - is not a big that’s going to excel in drop coverage - wouldn’t classify him as a 5. He’s definitely a 4 - doesn’t offer much rim protection at all - doesn’t offer much help side defense - was bullied down low fighting for rebounds / even when in position he was easily pushed out the wayshow more

The world economy is currently doing its best impression... of a Trump casino. Markets are cratering. Gold is sliding. Silver is sliding. Oil is hitting records. And unlike every other crisis in living memory, there is no off-ramp, no bailout phone, no adult in the room ready to talk everyone down from the ledge. Just the sound of chips hitting the floor and a man in a red hat somewhere telling everyone it’s going brilliantly. Which brings us, with a certain horrible logic, to Atlantic City. Because before Trump got his hands on the global economy, he practiced on a smaller scale. Three casinos, one boardwalk, and a financial philosophy that can be summarised as follows: borrow enormous sums at ruinous interest rates, collect a fat salary, and let someone else hold the bag when the whole thing goes sideways. He refined this technique over twenty-five years and four bankruptcies. It is, in retrospect, less a cautionary tale and more a dry run. Trump arrived in Atlantic City in the early 1980s with gold letters, junk bonds, and absolute certainty that he was about to reinvent American gambling. He ended up doing something rather different. His first casino was Trump Plaza, opened in 1984. Then came Trump’s Castle. Then the centrepiece: the Trump Taj Mahal, whose $1 billion construction was financed by junk bonds at an interest rate of 14 percent. Trump called it the eighth wonder of the world. It went bankrupt in 1991, less than a year after opening. That was just the warmup. His casino companies made four trips to bankruptcy court, each time persuading bondholders to accept less money rather than be wiped out. But the companies repeatedly added more expensive debt and returned to the court for protection from lenders. The holding company Trump Entertainment Resorts filed for bankruptcy three times – in 2004, 2009 and 2014, weighed down by debt each time. Here is the part Trump doesn’t mention at rallies: even as his companies did poorly, Trump did well. He put up little of his own money, shifted personal debts to the casinos and collected millions of dollars in salary, bonuses and other payments. The burden of his failures fell on investors and others who had bet on his business acumen. A Temple University law professor who studied the casinos concluded they lost more jobs and money than competitors and went through more bankruptcies than any other major business in America. Trump’s response to the 2004 bankruptcy: “I don’t think it’s a failure.” Trump Plaza was eventually demolished in February 2021 using 3,000 sticks of dynamite. It took about ten seconds to come down. The loans took rather longer. And now, with gold and silver falling, oil surging, and equity markets convulsing from Seoul to Sydney, one is left with an uneasy feeling that the man who perfected the art of the managed collapse has simply found a larger venue. The boardwalk was just the dress rehearsal. Gandalv / Gandalvshow more

The Issa thread PART 1: The Ronaldinho Scam Let's... first take a look at Parsa Abbasie’s Career Timeline Beginning as “sphex” he would scam people for Fortnite gift cards on streams. This is where he found his love of ripping people off and later used this name to transition to grifting SMMA and dropshipping courses. He made a big step up in his career after this, finding a way to get hired by Andrew Tate / Andrew Tate. This was huge for him and is what his entire brand was built on prior to crypto. He used to grift on money twitter as a sales and marketing aficionado before he made the shift into crypto scamming. The hook he had was that he was claimed to be Tate’s “top sales guy” when in reality he was probably just Tate’s bottom. He began working for Tate at a time when a majority of Andrew’s income was from trafficking Eastern European women under the age of 18 and forcing them to do sex acts on webcams. So we can see he had a very strong moral base to work off of. When he could no longer make monopoly money off his fake job he used the “G” boyfriend connections he made through his time with Tate to begin his crypto career. Let's take a look at the Pencil Neck Cabal (all pics will be in thread): Sam Patel - Seen pictured alone on a boat with him in the video below (sus) and one of his day ones and closest partner in crime Harry.XBT - You can watch 2 of his cringe tiktoks below, one of which alludes to a $240M crypto as you can see the crew renting cars and flexing their money acquired through stolen funds as well Louie H - He is the blonde guy you can see in the videos above and also goes by Hermes. Seems to have enemies based off the tweet below. Attaching his instagram as well as a pic of his LinkedIn below Jayden Mellor - Big piece of the puzzle. Another day 1 and his father Will Mellor would NOT want the world to know his son has affiliations with Issa. Will is a big deal in the UK, he’s a popular actor from line of duty, works in media, etc. More on Will Mellor - Issa and his goon squad’s scams go all the way back to 2023 when his speciality was HARD RUGGING presales. They would sign up KOLs with large amounts of supply and HARD rug them instantly, ask cheatcoiner.eth about it as he had fell victim before. There were too many of these instances to count, but they all shrinks into comparison to their greatest masterpiece: The Ronaldinho launch on BNB. Depicted below you can see the sussy squad driving around with Ronaldinho and taking pics with him as if he’s some circus animal. They got their practice rounds in prior then executed a swift and VIOLENT rug with Ronaldinho. Ronaldinho post launching the coin: The coin peaked at $400m FDV and is now sitting at near zero. Let that sink in. If you visit Issa's (now privated) twitter, you will see him gloating about his experience in the markets and dropping platitudes nobody asked for. He acts as if he's a market wizard when the reality of the matter is that he's a thief. And now he spends his days at Jumeriah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai whilst racing around rented cars and flexing rented watches off the money he stole from YOU.show more

Crazy day. Forward Hospitality Group holiday party tonight (hospitality... groups can’t have holiday parties when everybody else is booking their venues for their own so have to do later). Anyway, every year we book a surprise performer for the party. Today I woke up to a call that the guy we booked for tonight, not naming names, Soulja Boy, was having a bad day and missed his flight. (For context, last year we booked Sean Kingston and like a week later he got indicted) anyway again, he then missed another flight and I knew it was gonna be a cancellation. Had to pivot. Couldn’t disappoint our staff that flew in from all over the country only to freeze their asses off in coldest Floridas been in 30 years. So we phoned in every favor and I somehow pulled a horseshoe out of my ass and convinced Rick Ross to fly in, perform, and fly out. He’s the fuckin man. Crushed it, so much funshow more

Everybody says they want it… But Few have the... fortitude to do the things it takes to get what they say they want Seneca 2024 & UPJ commit Zyler Freedman - after a long chase- slays the 🐉 dragon 90 mph off the mound tonight Here’s the story 📖 Zyler came to PVS baselining on the mound at 76.2 summer between Frosh and Sophomore year. No great size or mobility gifts… but what he did have- was the heart of a Lion. And that determination and discipline led to some great gains in his first year at PVS. He had a goal of 90 mph on the mound at PBR in Feb of 2023. He came up short in a memorable display of determination : 88 mph @PBRPennsylvania He dusted himself off and put his efforts into pitch design and command. He became one of the WPIAL’s best pitchers in the toughest baseball section. After that- he went to the Youngstown Class B summer league and pitched well there and committed to UPJ. After his commitment - we sat down and devised a plan. A plan most kids don’t have the patience to execute. It was rooted in Alan Jaeger Jaeger Sports principles of Weening off volume and building two weeks for every down week. We are talking 5 months folks. Throw by throw execution for five months. Five months. Along the way- we built him up using several Randy Sullivan MPT, CSCS concepts as well as tried and tested in house methods. Today was his first “Go day”. And he hit that 90. His boys were as pumped for him as they would have been for themselves. Our plan has just begun - More lay ahead. And what’s certain is- he’ll execute whatever it takes to keep moving forward in this game “It Takes What it Takes” has long been one of our mottos- That’s perhaps never been better demonstrated than Zyler these past 10 monthsshow more

Today - 43% of Australians, about 9 million people,... have less than $1000 in the bank. That is about 9.2 million people. Also today, Jim Chalmers was running victory laps at the National Press Club. He told us they’re doing a great job managing the economy and have big plans for our nation - as he bounced from slogan to slogan. At some point Labor must stop campaigning and start answering for the mess we are in. A mess the political class have made. The establishment in Australia are so poll driven, so focused on the next sound bite they don’t seem to understand that their plans are not working. Too many Australians are worse off today than they were a decade ago. Housing, groceries and the everyday basics slipping further and further out of reach. Crime increasing as the situation worsens… and yet, the National Press Club in their pant suits fawn over every word that falls from Chalmers. He tells us the Labor government is modernising our electricity grid. As electricity becomes unstable and expensive. How very modern. He suggests they are “seizing the opportunities from Net Zero with a future made in Australia”, as long-standing businesses that used to make things here – close down for good. It sounds to me like he should instead have a PhD in spin. Not that the Australian media has much interest in questioning him. They don’t call out the obvious sloganeering and the absolute dishonesty – the whitewashing of the real situation of the Australian not privileged enough to sit in the club. Worse still, our economic situation is corroding, and it is the government that pours on the acid. Instead of talking about real problems and real solutions, Jim delighted the establishment crowd juggling balls of distraction drenched in sophistry. IT would seem that the big end of town doesn’t really care about Australia; they have the money and mobility to go anywhere – they’re global citizens. Their companies can make things anywhere. The media just want access, so they only ever go so far with their critique. The big banks are too big to fail. They don’t mind the digital cage closing on the rest of us… after all they have the keys. Oh… by the way, Chalmers will help our economy to digitise with a digital ID. That ought to fix it for those who are struggling. I think the government is out of its depth. The economy is getting much worse for real Australians - quickly. The establishment is immune, and the bubble is thick. We don’t really need the newspapers to tell us that it is getting tougher, or that Chalmers is more focused on his slogans than practical solutions. We can see that for ourselves. However, we do need significant cuts to immigration, cheap reliable electricity and a lot less regulation across the board. We need to transition back to an industrial economy. If we don’t, we will not recover – no matter what Dr. Jim says. I just want Australia back.show more
