🚨 Most people stay stiff and injury-prone because they... skip moves like this. Tight hamstrings and weak cores sabotage our ability to move fluidly. Plus, they contribute to back pain, poor posture, and slower recovery. The windmill toe touch flips that script. This dynamic gem stretches your hamstrings, calves, and lower back while firing up your core, obliques, and shoulders. It boosts rotational mobility, balance, and coordination, all in one move. Perfect for warming up or unlocking better movement in daily life and workouts. Better flexibility means reduced risk of strains, improved performance, and smoother functional movement. No more feeling "stuck" when you bend or twist. Try it: 1. Stand with feet wide, reach one hand to the opposite foot while rotating your torso and extending the other arm up (like a windmill). 2. Alternate sides with control. 3. Start with 8-10 reps per side. Do this movement 2-3x/week and feel the difference in how you move. What’s one mobility move that’s transformed your flexibility? 👇 #Flexibility #Mobility #Longevityshow more

Arguably one of the most powerful practices For years,... I thought the answer was more stretching. Then I started doing 20 minutes of Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang) every day. Instead of forcing my body into new positions, I gave it something it had been missing: safety. When your nervous system feels safe, your body no longer has to hold unnecessary tension. Your fascia begins to reorganize, your posture changes naturally, and mobility often improves without chasing it. Sometimes it’s not that your body needs a deeper stretch. It needs a calmer nervous system. Comment “ZHANG” and I’ll send you the guided Standing Meditation that helped transform my body. #meditation #standing #mindfulmovemendshow more

Most people can’t hold a Reverse Plank because their... nervous system doesn’t feel safe being that exposed. Collapsed shoulders and tight hips are postures of defense. This pose invites the body to leave that state. One minute a day can begin to reverse years of silent tension. If you want the fitness results you see in your mind to become real, you’ll need to teach your body how to relax first. Otherwise, forget the great transformation. You'll burn out before coming close to changing. At first, you may need to adjust the position or do shorter sets. You will notice slight improvements each time, whether it is strength, mobility, or endurance. One day, you will unlock the posture and feel much lighter within. Form Cues: - Hands shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing toward feet or slightly outward - Press palms firmly into the ground to engage shoulders - Lift hips in line with shoulders and heels - Squeeze glutes and push hips up, avoid letting them drop. - Keep legs straight and active, heels grounded - Draw shoulder blades down and together - Open the chest. - Gaze slightly upward or keep neck neutral - Breathe steadily, through the nose if possible - Hold tension evenly through arms, core, and legs Here are three adjustments you could make to ease into the Reverse Plank: 1. Bend the knees slightly - What it does: Reduces the load on tight hip flexors and stiff shoulders. - How to do it: Instead of keeping the legs fully straight, maintain a small bend at the knees and press through the heels. Focus on lifting the hips and opening the chest. 2. Use yoga blocks under the hands - What it does: Elevates the wrists and reduces wrist extension strain, especially for people with limited mobility or wrist pain. - How to do it: Place yoga blocks (or low, stable books) under your palms to give your shoulders more space and reduce the pressure on the wrists. 3. Turn the fingers outward slightly - What it does: Opens up tight shoulders and reduces internal rotation. - How to do it: Instead of pointing the fingers directly toward the feet, turn them slightly outward (about 30–45 degrees). This gives the shoulders more room to move and helps you stay open. You're not reading this by accident. Start using Reverse Planks to take your quality of life to the next level.show more

Exactly. Your maxilla determines how attractive you are. You... need to achieve CCW rotation of the maxilla to improve your looks - which can be done naturally. But Mewing alone will not help - you need to perform craniosomatic techniques in addition to it + fix habits One such is Incisive Papilla Pulling. When done correctly - this has immense benefits on training your muscles, overall posture, myofascia release and suture mobilisation. This technique allows your face to become more "malleable" replicating the benefits of Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) but at home. Most people can't comprehend this - but the people who can think for themselves see the scientific links and the undeniable results and transform themselves ⚡️show more

Your hip might be overloading your lower back 😳🦴... Many people feel lower back pain, sciatic tension, or spinal discomfort without realizing that the problem can start with a lack of hip mobility 👀 When the hip doesn't move well, the lower back ends up overcompensating for movements, generating more overload, muscle tension, and even nerve compression ⚠️ The exercises in the video help to 👇🏻 ✅ Improve hip mobility ✅ Activate glutes and stabilize the lower back ✅ Reduce compensations and tension in the spine ✅ Promote sciatic nerve mobilization Science already shows that people with lower back pain usually present limited hip mobility and low glute activation 🧠 ⚠️ Important: Each case is unique. If you feel severe pain or have a herniated disc, seek a professional before performing the movements. Save this video and send it to someone who is always complaining about lower back pain 🫶🏻🐡show more

I want this to hit home for you today.... You might be reading this knowing you’ve been putting yourself last. Maybe you’re coming out of a tough breakup. Maybe you’re a mom just trying to find a moment for yourself. Maybe you’ve worked your whole life and the thought of adding one more thing feels exhausting. Or maybe you just don’t feel the urge to do more at all. We see the word motivation thrown around everywhere, but here’s the truth. Motivation doesn’t solve problems. It’s that spark of excitement at the start, but when it fades, you’re left with two choices. You either build discipline, or you slip back into old habits. And if right now you don’t feel like you have the strength to want better for yourself, think about the people who love you. They want you here for the long run. They want you at birthdays, at weddings, at family moments that matter. Your partner wants to see you healthy so you can build a future together and pass those habits down to your children. Maybe your reason to change doesn’t start with you, but it can become about you once you decide to try. ONE PROMPT WON'T MAKE YOU RICH👀 It won’t change... your life overnight. And it won’t solve all your problems. But the right prompt can do something much more important. It can reveal things you hadn’t noticed before. Most people use AI to find answers. But the most useful prompts work differently. They make you ask yourself questions. > What’s really holding you back? > What decisions have you been putting off for months? > What are you wasting your time on, convincing yourself it’s important? Sometimes, one honest answer is more valuable than a hundred motivational videos and dozens of books. That’s exactly why I liked this prompt. It doesn’t try to impress with complexity. It helps you see your situation from the outside. Spend a few minutes on it. Perhaps a single conversation with AI will give you more clarity than you expect.show more

It looks unusual at first. But for millions who... spend hours on their feet, this could change everything. Meet the “Chairless Chair 2.0” — a wearable device that lets you sit anytime, anywhere… without an actual chair. Designed like a lower-body exoskeleton, it straps onto your waist, thighs, and shoes. Just bend your knees, lock it in place, and it supports your body weight, as if you’re sitting on an invisible seat. No dragging stools. No searching for a place to rest. What makes it even more powerful is its purpose. Built for workers who stand all day, it reduces physical strain while allowing complete freedom to walk when needed. The upgraded version is 25% lighter, more flexible, and fits a wider range of body types, making it more comfortable for long hours on the job. And here’s the surprising part. Using it may actually help strengthen back and thigh muscles, turning moments of rest into support for the body. #Innovation #FutureOfWork #WearableTech #GoodNewsGlobal [Wearable Tech, Exoskeleton, Workplace Innovation, Ergonomics, Good News Global]show more

you can change your brain, make it more adaptable,... think more creatively, imagine new possibilities, and see things differently. your brain is not fixed. it constantly adapts to your experiences, learning, and repeated behaviours. it has the ability to adapt and reorganize itself throughout life, a property known as neuroplasticity. every time you repeatedly think, behave, or respond in a particular way, certain neural pathways become more strongly reinforced. this is why repeated patterns can start to feel automatic. but the same principle works in your favor. when you deliberately practice new ways of thinking, responding, focusing, and interpreting situations, your brain can gradually strengthen different neural connections. over time, this can support greater flexibility in how you respond to challenges, generate ideas, imagine possibilities, and look at the same situation from a different perspective. so, "training your brain differently" doesn't mean simply thinking positively. it means repeatedly practicing new mental and behavioral patterns until they become more familiar and easier to access. in simple words you can change by repeating and practicing desired behaviour, and you can influence how your brain responds.show more

You are probably breathing TOO MUCH, which is affecting... your longevity and looks. It probably sounds counterintuitive - more breaths = better, right? No. Today, we breathe shallow, from our mouths, into our chests at a pace that is more to our detriment than otherwise. The average person takes 18-20 breaths per minute, optimal pace being 6-10. This blows out CO2 faster than the body can produce it. Less CO2 means less oxygen reaches your cells, no matter how much air you breathe in. When you chronically overbreathe, your: → Sleep collapses → Skin dulls and ages faster → Cortisol stays elevated 24/7 → Lymph backs up and the face puffs → Lips lose tone and the seal weakens → Forward head posture sets in and the jaw retracts → Tongue drops from the palate and the maxilla narrows → Cheekbones lose support and the midface collapses inward Just from breathing incorrectly. The most ideal way to breathe is: -through your nose -funnelling the air BACKWARDS (imagine directing the air into the lower back region) -in a slowly and controlled manner This is called Back Breathing and you will instantly feel a difference. Breathe less. Live longer. Look better. ⚡️show more

How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From... a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!show more

Anterior pelvic tilt gets blamed for a lot of... things it probably shouldn’t. The interesting part of this routine isn’t “fixing” a pelvis position. It’s combining mobility with strength across the hips, hamstrings and trunk. That distinction matters. A pelvis can naturally sit in some anterior tilt without anything being wrong. The bigger issue is whether you can move out of that position, control your pelvis, and produce force through your hips without compensating elsewhere. That’s why I like the progression here: open the hip flexors/quads, then actually load the glutes and hamstrings, followed by core control. Mobility gives you options. Strength teaches you to own those options. That’s a much more useful goal than trying to hold your pelvis in one “perfect” position all day.show more

Your baby needs a little tummy time daily. Yesterday... I wrote about crawling, noting that with sleep recommendations now (wisely) advising infants sleep only on their backs, babies are spending less and less time in a downward facing position - making it all the more important that parents build well supervised tummy time into their daily routines. Tummy time has many benefits. Primary among them, it strengthens the back, neck and arm muscles that help with holding up the head, rolling over, sitting and crawling. It also helps to decrease the incidence of flat spots on the back of your baby’s head. And it can help relieve gas and constipation, just to name a few. You can begin short, supervised periods of tummy time as soon as your child is born. These earliest sessions often begin on mom’s chest - but can be done on other safe surfaces as well. Begin with 2-3 minutes at a time and work your way up. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends increasing the frequency and duration of these sessions to the point your baby spends a total of 20-30 minutes a day by the time your baby is 7 weeks old. Be forewarned that, especially early on, tummy time is a workout (and therefore not always well liked by some children) - but with time and experience will help to develop the muscle strength your newborn lacks. This little one (shared to IG by enjoybabyss) has got tummy time down pat. Check out those strong neck muscles!show more

Marcus Freeman said, "You can't talk your way into... winning a National Championship. You can't talk your way into being a Hall of Famer...You got to work and you got to constantly focus on improvement." You have to show up and do the work. Your work ethic is something that you can control. • It means competing. • It means committing. • It means showing up consistently. People see success, but they don't see the hard work and preparation it takes. 5 Steps to Improve Your Work Ethic and Focus: 1. Be Intentional About How Your Work - Show up every day with a clear purpose on what you will prepare and why. Think about the quality of your practice, the details, and reflect on where to focus most. This approach ensures your working towards improvement and growth. 2. Show up Committed Every Day - Don't just participate, show up, and commit. It means compete and choose to go above-and-beyond every day. Have a positive attitude and dedicate yourself to what you are doing. When you're focused, present, and engaged that is when growth starts to happen. 3. Be Consistent - You have to be consistent with your habits and work ethic. It means committing to the process of improving and putting in the time. Success doesn't happen overnight, it's the result of consistently showing up and doing the work day in and day out. 4. Prepare Mentally and Physically - This means think about your physical and mental state when you are practicing and when you will perform. Understand what environment allows you to perform your best. Use mindfulness to think about the connection between your mind and body. 5. Create a Plan for When Obstacles Arise - Don’t just imagine the great outcome, visualize what may stop you from reaching it. Prepare for the obstacles. Write them down and plan how you’ll overcome them. This keeps you prepared and resilient when challenges come your way. Takeaway: Talent can you get you into many rooms, but it's your work ethic, focus, and attitude that keep you there. - - - The video comes from Marcus Freeman's interview with Pivot Podcast.
