Then you land in a squat and have to absorb the force immediately. It trains rate of force development from a disadvantaged starting position, which is a very different stimulus than a standard jump squat. Small disclaimer. This is an advanced move. In fact, you can’t even see an arrest taking place. They’re simply standing there, filming ICE agents from a public place. Then, the ICE agent deliberately walks across the street, approaches the woman, raises his pepper spray canister just inches from her face, and sprays her directly in the eyes. People standing around her are seen running away to avoid getting sprayed, too Only AFTER spraying her do you hear the agent say, “Back up.” And then they turn around, like they didn’t just assault U.S. citizens with a chemical weapon, and walk away. This should piss off every American. The First Amendment protects your right to record law enforcement in public. Pepper spraying someone for peacefully recording… is retaliation. The Fourth Amendment also protects people from excessive force. Under the Constitution, officers can’t use force that isn’t objectively reasonable under the circumstances. If someone is standing on the other side of the street, posing no immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… it’s difficult to justify blasting them in the face with a chemical weapon. And even ICE’s own use-of-force standards require force to be reasonable, necessary, and proportional to the threat presented. Nothing in this video suggests that standard was met. This is exactly why people should be concerned about masked federal agents operating with little transparency, or accountability… If agents can walk up to U.S. citizens and assault them with a chemical weapon for recording… that means your constitutional rights exist at the discretion of whoever is holding the pepper spray. In a chilling case reported from Jandwala Mira Sangla... village in Fazilka district, a man allegedly called his divorced wife for a meeting on the pretext of reconciliation, murdered her with a sharp-edged weapon and buried her body in a field to destroy evidence. The victim, Saroj (42), had been living with her parents since her divorce from Gurmeet Singh around two years ago. Police said Gurmeet called her, expressing a desire to resume their relationship and live together again. A video reel recorded shortly before the murder has also surfaced. Posted on Saroj's Instagram account, the clip showed the couple together with the song 'Yaad teri ban gayi sajna ve sade seene ch nasoor' (Memories of you have become a festering wound in my heart) playing in the background. Gurmeet is also seen making a victory sign in the video. According to police, after meeting Saroj, the accused took her to an isolated spot near bushes and allegedly killed her with a sharp-edged weapon. He then attempted to conceal the crime by burying her body in a pit. However, a goatherd grazing animals nearby reportedly heard the woman's screams and rushed towards the spot. Sensing someone approaching, the accused fled. The goatherd later informed villagers, who alerted the police. NEW: 81-year-old Ohio man William Brock charged with murder... after shooting and killing an Uber driver who he thought was trying to scam him. 61-year-old Loletha Hall is dead after Brock thought she was a phone scammer. According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Brock had gotten a call from a scammer before the incident. "Mr. Brock received some scam call by a person purporting to be someone from our courts who informed him a family member was incarcerated and that he had a bond of a significant amount of money," Lt. Kristopher Shultz said. "The calls turned from 'I'm an officer in the court' to 'We have this subject hostage, this is a ransom demand." The scammer then requested an Uber ride to Brock's home to pick up money. Hall, who had no clue what was going on, approached the front door and was met by Brock who shot and killed her. Brock was indicted on 3 counts of murder, 1 count of felonious assault and one count of kidnapping.show more
