Overnight, Russia carried out a massive attack on our... regions, launching over 370 attack drones and 21 missiles of various types. Kyiv and the region, as well as the Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, were targeted. In Kharkiv, a maternity hospital, a dormitory housing displaced persons, a medical college, and residential buildings have been damaged. As of now, dozens of people have been reported injured, including a child. In the capital and the surrounding region, the Russians' main targets were energy facilities. Tragically, this attack has claimed the life of one person. My condolences to their family and loved ones. All necessary services are now working at the sites of the Russian strikes, eliminating all consequences: rescuers, medical teams, municipal services, energy workers, and repair crews. Russia has involved North Korea in its war—and the reaction has been weak. Russia has continued its terror for nearly 1,000 days—and the world’s decisions are still delayed. Two years ago, at the G20 Summit, Ukraine presented the Peace Formula—a clear path to ending this war. Yet it has not been implemented. The time to act is now. They are opposed to this Over 300 Russians, whose flights from Moscow to Dubai were disrupted amid the U.S. and Israel's attacks on Iran, are demanding to be returned to Russia. Passengers of Flydubai flights FZ 970 and FZ 968, which departed from Vnukovo on February 28, were landed in Baku after the start of the military operation against Iran. The passengers were accommodated at the Qafqaz Baku City hotel, where they spent three days without any clarification from the airline. They have now been informed about the upcoming flight to Dubai, but some of them refuse to fly, fearing the situation in the region, and are demanding to be returned to Russia.
