I have had women trying to move me into their place when I was in-debt and unemployed. We are talking very attractive women, with plenty of options with men who have jobs, houses, etc. Women are not attracted to money in and of itself. Yes, there are broke women who are desperate for a man who will pay their bills for them. But as soon as you hit middle class or higher, money becomes less and less of a concern to women. 🇷🇺 Why wasn't the Omsk oil refinery better protected?... 😁🔽 “Ukrainian drones reached the Omsk refinery — the largest in the country, accounting for almost 10% of all oil refining. The refinery supplies all of Western Siberia and the Urals. It is reported that FP-1 drones struck a unit with a capacity of 8.4 million tons of oil per year out of the plant’s total capacity of 22 million tons. The Omsk refinery is such an obvious and attractive target that it was bound to be reached sooner or later. And it was. From the Ukrainian border to Omsk is more than 2,500 km. The FP-1 flies at a speed of 140–180 km/h — that is 14–17 hours of flight in a straight line, but the drone most likely had to bypass air defense zones, so it would have taken longer. That means it took off yesterday evening and arrived today during the day. And this is a slow propeller-driven device that could have been detected in advance, its target could have been predicted, and it could have been tracked all the way to Omsk. In that time, mobile groups could have been redeployed, local forces alerted, aviation scrambled. Twenty hours, after all. Why didn’t this happen? Once again, the answer, I think, should be sought not in technology but in the structure of the Russian vertical of power itself. Imagine officials at all levels, from the Kremlin to Omsk. To organize any kind of defense system, someone has to take the initiative: find resources, involve unusual, non-system people who might be able to solve such tasks, although it’s not certain. Coordinate it with a dozen agencies, agree on coordination without calls to Moscow, cover everything with paperwork so as not to later be prosecuted for misuse of funds. People in India still don’t understand what acclimatization really... means, or how important water and oxygen are, and where we are heading with this careless travel culture. Watching reels and suddenly leaving for extreme high-altitude places is dangerous. I stayed at Umling La for almost two hours despite having medical issues, while many people can’t even stay there for 10 minutes all because I properly acclimatized, started drinking 2–3 litres of water two days before the journey, and understood how the body adapts. The worst cases are people who directly reach 18,000 ft from the plains without giving their body any time to adjust. High altitude is not a joke. Your body needs gradual adaptation, awareness, and experience built over years. But who is guiding people? No one. People just watch reels and leave. Always read about the place you are travelling to the altitude, temperature, oxygen levels, road conditions and always talk to locals before heading into extreme regions! 🙏🏻show more

Summit this past weekend was absolutely unmatched!🔥 I’m still riding high after speaking to a room full of fierce, passionate women who are ready to stand boldly for truth and protect the next generation. Seriously, it was the ultimate soul-filling experience. I loved catching up with old friends, making new ones, and meeting so many of you who are out here doing the real work on the ground. Erika did an incredible job producing the event, and we spent time together strategizing how we will build on this energy to reach and empower even more young women. Leaving that conference, I am more convinced than ever that the culture is shifting and women are rising. Seeing so many young leaders completely unapologetic gives me so much hope for the future. HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I... work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) exposed by 🇺🇦 Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets following an inspection. ➡️ People were held here for weeks — cases documented of detention lasting 21, 24, 30, and even 50 days. ➡️ In the video, a veteran shows his combatant (UBD) certificate, yet even this status was not enough for his release. ➡️ Documents and phones were confiscated from individuals without proper formal procedures, depriving them of any means to defend their rights. ➡️ For 40–60 people, there were only 3 mugs and 8 metal plates. On a walk yesterday evening in the wooded grounds... of a former psychiatric hospital just outside Ennis in Co Clare. Four people passed me inside in the woods, 3 young and then one lady of approx 60 who had visible marks of her face They all look drunk or high however we're friendly and all said hello as they walked deeper into the woods with their heads down I noticed many abondoned tents and duvets throughout the woods while walking As I passed on further I noticed a young man and woman sitting and drinking inside what I can only describe as a fort, the likes I built myself as a teenager. My heart was broken I have been here before and spoken to a young man who was living on the grounds of this hospital literally in a hedge while sleeping on a wet duvet These are ALL Irish people Addicts and alcoholics I'm sure most are, but to be allowed rot and live like this in Ireland as Irish people is beyond upsetting to see. This strike was carried out using a Russian guided aerial bomb—a strike that could have been prevented if our Defense Forces had the capability to destroy Russian military aircraft at their bases. We need strong decisions from our partners to stop this terror. This is an absolutely legitimate need. There is no rational reason to limit Ukraine’s defense.
