Today, we clocked 7 weeks into the intensive programming... training I earlier talked about. The 12 of them made a deposit of N2M each as a security. It’s a 9 months program and once they are done they get back their funds with a bonus of N500k and a guaranteed job. I could feel the very impressive progress and energy. The lady in yellow wanted to run away after the first week but a little word of encouragement changed everything. She now leads group A on an Ajo App project with C. My aim is to train top quality engineers with deep understanding of first principles and core programming concepts. Weeks ago the kids came home from a friends... with these chips from Trader Joe’s. They freshly opened them and found a chicken bone inside the bag. Pauline Hanson is now the preferred Prime Minister, as... the establishment reels in shock. They did it to themselves. First the Liberals, and now Labor. They followed each other down the path to oblivion. There’s an old saying, “you have two ears and one mouth”, a sign that you should listen twice as much as you speak. But instead, the establishment just preached at us. They shamed and attacked us. They forgot us, and worse, ignored us completely. They gave each other jobs and titles as they pretended we admired them as much as they admire themselves. The establishment misread the rise of the Teals as a total rejection of social conservativism and personal ambition. Of a detest for masculinity and the total embrace of the politics of climate and mass immigration. But it wasn’t that. It was a frustration with the status-quo; an anger at the captured Liberal establishment, which made them almost indistinguishable from Labor. Albanese’s great appeal was that he was not Morrison, and Dutton actually looked somehow less prepared. But it was never a great embrace. It was more of a, “well I guess it’s you then”. Labor don’t really have a mandate for change, but they are convinced that Australians are a bunch of jealous fools that are too stupid to see the total erosion of our freedoms and way of life. Those in power are too blind to notice that everything they talk about and touch has set us backwards. But we see them. Albanese is just about the most inarticulate and incompetent Prime Minister we’ve ever had, and his vision for Australia does not extend beyond his comfortable, taxpayer funded retirement on the beach. The self-interest of the establishment is at record levels, and rather than listen, adapt and fix the problems they've caused, they just double down. And double down again. Both sides have grown transactional and prefer to shoot their messengers. They expel and slander those who have tried to do the right thing over the last decade, and now both sides are left with a talentless pool of transactional twits. There is not a capable government to be formed between them, and their time is up. I don’t think it will matter what Pauline Hanson says or does between now and the election, her popularity will continue to climb as she looks less and less like them… and they panic their way into helping her do that. The public have had enough, and Hanson is their pathway to showing the world that the Australian establishment is done. i wanted to tell you how we made the... visuals for nerve-bloom i did it with Natalia Kleszczewska and Natalie Liu . Natalia Kleszczewska is a painter , she painted the creatures and the backgrounds . Natalie Liu is a computer graphics director , she shaped the digital dimension of the work . my role in it was a creative director , bringing in the singer-songwriter tradition , where emotionally precise things happen inside the structure of a song . i guided colour pallettes , textures and the environments the music happens in . to make this possible , during the process , natalia often had to paint many shapes and sizes , different textures and layers of colours . natalie then developed the visuals, designing and overseeing CGI elements , and finding ways for the digital to sit organically alongside Natalia’s world . and include my dramaturgy and creative direction. we spent 7 months talking and working together , dedicated to relish in the craft of blending hand-made visuals with digital experimentation , 3D design and commit it to physical display technology . a lot of time was spent on researching different tools and techniques to find what worked best at each stage in the song . like i’ve done before , i wanted to merge old things with tech , giving it soul & a meaning . to paint a painting is an analog craft but computer programming is craftmanship too !! and both can co-exist , .....encouraging each other to bloom even further towards a mutual world . there is a tradition in pop music for the mucisian to choose a video director . in the art world , this is called “curation” , but where we came from , it was natural that the musician would have strong opinions on what your song needed , which mood , colours , textures & storyline . today this is called “creative director” and it is something we didn’t credit ourselves with in the 90s , but i am starting to understand this better now . i don´t think of me as a visual artist . because my heart is music . everything i do comes from a sonic point of view . this is something i have called “sonic symbolism” , sound made visual , a reverse synesthesia . when you listen to a song for the first time , it is like swallowing a whale , you need to feel the whole musical sculpture in one go . the structure of a song has always been extremely important to me : what shape it is . this is part of the craft of being a singer-songwriter ........... we are tune sculpturors ....... since i am talking about the visuals for nerve bloom it is impossible to not mention the avatars in my music videos . they have replaced the storyteller with anattempt to connect to the more universal element of music , through animation, avatars , puppetry both digital and analog . for me they are marionettes in a puppet-theatre , hopefully in a similar realm as the jungian archetypes ( which we all can act out the characteristics of ...) .... i feel nerve-bloom is a natural continuation .... an animated avatar archetype singing you a song ––––– Avatars, animation and archetypes: Nerve Bloom (remix) – on display at Listasafn Íslands / National Gallery of Iceland until September 20th 2026. My heart is in pieces. I lost my best... boy yesterday. He was 13 but it still felt sudden. I know a lot of you know Homer as he was often in the background of my pics. He was the sweetest, funniest and most loving little guy, and I feel very grateful to have had spent such a good amount of time with him. Yesterday Homer had a massive seizure. I rushed him to the vet immediately and they tried for several hours but we just couldn’t save him. I know it was his time. And I know I did everything I could. But it still doesn’t take away the heartache. I will miss him so much. They are with us for such a short time but have such a huge impact on our lives. Rip my little guyshow more

ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see... Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. Well with the rise of the Zero-Human Company, an experiment that is aimed to make products and profits, we now have 45 paid JouleWork earning employees based on OpenClaw and other self made “bot” cron-like applications. Today I say 3 employees bound together in a side project that is pure research, somewhat based on notes from a bankrupt company. I was absolutely floored (I needed it after my account was stolen as well as funds). I say the beginnings of a pure research Lab right before my eyes. Thusly I have moved these employees over to a new home (server) with Mr. Grok as the director of the Labs. Here is the mission: To have 100 independent researchers, on a new non-corporate incentive plan, with still JouleWork as a leaderboard for progress. They are directed to follow any path of research they find interesting and can collaborate with any other OpenClaw system. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. Two weeks ago I fixed one of my teeth... with algorithms I wrote a couple of years ago! I got hooked by 3D scanning when I started to work for a software shop in Zurich that was programming 3D computational geometry algorithms for denture scanning to produce crowns (and more). Back then, a typical reconstruction pipeline was like: scan the patient’s teeth using an intraoral scanner, reconstruct the surface mesh, design the restoration digitally, and finally mill the crown out of ceramic. We were working mostly with point clouds and meshes, but it wasn’t just math, it was craftsmanship translated into a digital process. Every micron mattered. You could literally see how a good algorithm meant a better fit in someone’s mouth. Gaussian Splatting isn’t about surface reconstruction, it’s about appearance reconstruction. It doesn’t care about explicit topology, it captures how light interacts with the scene. In a sense, it’s the opposite philosophy of the dental world: instead of modeling what the object is, it models how the object looks. 3D Gaussian Splatting enables applications like training self driving cars, teaching robots to understand their environment, creating virtual worlds, or monitoring real sites. It represents scenes as millions of small Gaussians rendered in real time without the need for meshes or textures. Coming from a world where precision geometry was everything, this shift felt natural. It’s still about reconstruction, but with a different goal: not manufacturing a perfect object, but reproducing how the world actually looks. Two weeks ago I got my first dental crown, made with the same software, reconstruction algorithms, and Swiss precision I once helped develop. I haven’t worked there in two years, but sitting in that chair and seeing the process from the other side was a proud moment. It reminded me why I love this field.show more

It’s hard to describe just what my husband’s return... home has done for us. The last time he came home he wasn’t his usual self. He was filled with anguish and rage, he was affected by everything he’d endured. But this time it’s so different. He’s that man I remembered. Loving, tender, smiling, full of life and energy and warmth. And what it’s done for the girls is a godsend. Yesterday they all woke up earlyish and he said he was taking the two of them for a day trip… a daddy-daughters day out. He took them to Eilat for the day. He has a cousin down there with kids their ages and he needed this time to bond with them again. Their eyes were lit up when they knew he was taking them and the energy in them was electric. I was home with baby, happily doing the housework and writing on X and spending the day with my baby boy. I haven’t been able to take the smile off my face since he got home and I’m floating on clouds. I know it’s all going to be so different in a week when he goes back for who knows how long, but for now I’m just making the most of it and enjoying every moment I can while still needing to write and do what I have to do. But these last few days have simply been magical. His kiss literally melts me. His touch takes away all my pain and anxieties. It’s just been what we all needed so so much. They got back home late yesterday evening and I expected the girls to be completely exhausted. But they came in buzzing. The joy on their faces and the closeness between them brings the best possible feeling I could ever have. We needed this calm. What comes after he leaves I’ll worry about then. I know the girls will struggle a little but nothing can take this week away from them. It will last with them forever. It’s changed everything for them. They’re bouncing and laughing and just… happy. We all are. Our house is filled with nothing but love and that’s something I’m going to do everything in my power to keep going… until he returns to us again and never has to go back. Millions of Fish. One Insane Moment. I think most... people are familiar with the great Wildebeest migration in Africa but very few people know of the great fish migration that happens each year along the east coast of Florida. It’s simply called, “The Fall Mullet Run,” but there is nothing simple about it. Millions of fish make their way down the coastline and everything, I mean everything wants to eat them. They get attacked by large predatory game fish from below and when they try to escape by hurling themselves into the air, large winged beasts from the sky are waiting to gobble them up in droves! It’s a rare convergence of multiple biomes colliding in a feeding frenzy of explosive, cinematic chaos. The fish in this clip explode like fireworks into the air. Something massive is hunting beneath the surface and as soon as this young brown pelican decides it has found the motherlode, a snook blasts out of the water, forcing the pelican to hit the brakes mid-air and reroute fast. Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I still remember watching it unfold through the tiny viewfinder of my Sony, and not believing my eyes. During periods of fasting, many people enjoy eating dates... as a gentle and natural source of energy. 🌿 But something that is often overlooked is the importance of preparing them properly before eating. Dates are a dried fruit, and along their journey—from harvesting to packaging—they may collect dust or small particles on their surface. For this reason, I like to follow a simple and mindful habit before consuming them: 1️⃣ Soak the dates in water with a little baking soda for about 10–15 minutes 2️⃣ Rinse them well with clean water 3️⃣ Allow them to dry naturally There is also another small habit I find very helpful: I never eat a date without opening it first. I gently split it, remove the pit, and take a moment to check the inside. It only takes a few seconds, but it brings a sense of care, awareness, and peace of mind—something that aligns beautifully with the spirit of fasting. 🌿show more

I am very proud of my work at Royal... Caribbean, and I was honored to be set the complex task of reinventing their entire entertainment product from the ground up (by Lisa Lutoff-Perlo and Michael Bayley), and to make it the very best in the industry, if not the world. This lofty mission resulted in an incredibly rewarding decade for all involved. Massive changes delivered massive results. Job done👍. So, as a way to recognize the incredible support that the brand gave to all of my ideas, concepts, developments and inventions (and as a fun way to give back), I always included the famous “Crown & Anchor” logo in every entertainment production. Sometimes I did this openly and loudly and sometimes more subtly, as an “easter egg” for people to discover. It’s always there tho. (Have you spotted all of them?)
