today’s experiment: chimera. a little tool that let’s you... realtime morph through a design system matrix generated by 4 reference images. this one was inspired by listening to techbimbo talk about her process on Dive Club with Ridd 🤿 and How I AI with claire vo 🖤. her approach to choosing moodboards over prompts made me wonder what might be possible if we applied that same approach to generative UI. and after a few dead ends, the idea turned into chimera. the results are very generic at the moment but I might tune it up if people seem interested. the big reminder for me is how much more inspiring a tool feels when you can explore in realtime instead of waiting for results every time you make a change. lots more things to try in that direction.show more

This tool is amazing and if you are looking... into XR design you MUST try ShapesXR - every time I think of an idea I can easily prototype it before spending a lot of time in development. I also love the fact that I was able to import this into Unity, I made a few changes after the fact but it allowed me to get started fairly quickly.show more

5,000 of you. I don’t even know how to... put that into words. When I started sharing my art and stories here on X, I honestly didn’t know if anyone would care. The AI community can be loud, fast, overwhelming… and yet, you made space for me. You saw my work. You shared it. You quoted it. You commented. You encouraged me when I doubted myself. This feels like more than a number. It feels like a second chance. I truly believe this might be my last real shot at showing my art and stories to the world, and the fact that 5,000 of you chose to follow, support, and believe in what I create means more than I can explain. Every repost, every like, every thoughtful reply has carried me further than you know. Thank you for standing by an artist experimenting at the edge of AI and imagination. Thank you for helping my stories breathe. Thank you for being here. We’re just getting started.show more

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I... work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. If you are curious about how all this works, I will do a live session next week:show more

Nano Banana Pro actually understands camera logic and film... stocks, not just visual styles You can tell it the exact film stock and describe how the camera should behave, and it responds in a way that feels much closer to how a real cinematographer would interpret those choices. I tested this with 10 iconic film stocks, each paired with a precise prompt, and the results came out shot-ready when generated with Leonardo AI. If you care about realism, mood, and true cinematic accuracy, these 10prompts will completely change how you approach prompting👇show more

What does it feel like to realize that, in... your little boy’s eyes, you are one of the most important people in the entire world? There's something special about having a young son who looks up to you as a dad. At that age, Dad can seem almost larger than life. He is the guy who can fix things, reach the high shelf, carry the heavy stuff, answer the impossible questions, and somehow make an ordinary afternoon feel like an adventure. And half the time, he probably has no idea just how closely his son is watching him. A little boy does not need his dad to be perfect. He just wants to be around him. He wants to follow him around the house, help with whatever he is doing, wear his old hat, imitate the way he talks, and eventually say, “Dad, can I come with you?” The little moments can seem insignificant when they happen, are sometimes the moments that fathers remember years later. There is also something humbling about knowing that your son is learning what it means to be a man partly by watching you. How you treat your wife, how you handle frustration, how you keep your word, how you treat strangers, how you respond when things go wrong. He may not understand all of it yet, but he is taking it in. And maybe that is one of the greatest joys of being a father. You get to watch a little boy who thinks you can do anything slowly grow into a young man who understands that you are human after all, while still carrying some of the lessons and memories you gave him along the way. One day, he may not need you to carry him anymore, but he will always remember the years when being carried by Dad made him feel like everything was going to be alright. So if your little boy looks up to you today, have you ever thought about just how much that simple admiration might mean to him?show more

Since many of you asked yesterday: Unkey paid us... $90k for this rebrand and design. If you think that’s a lot, it really isn’t once you see how much was delivered. Good branding is not just a logo and a few gradients - it’s a huge system built to help a brand evolve across materials without relying on the same visual trick over and over. That’s exactly the kind of system we build for companies. And while today you’ll probably see another round of scary posts about design being eaten by GPT Image 2.0, remember: there are still companies willing to pay a lot for branding done by humans with taste. Those humans may use AI. AI may help speed things up. But it’s still just a tool - and like any tool, you need to learn how to use it.show more

I’ve been thinking a lot about stamina systems in... my game. A lot of players hate stamina because it limits how much they can act. At the same time, some players like it because it prevents mindless dodge and attack spam. After thinking about this for a long time, I came up with an idea. What if stamina wasn’t a resource at all? Instead, attacks and dodges build fatigue. Higher fatigue means you take more damage (and maybe deal less). You can always act. You’re never locked out of attacking or dodging because a fatigue bar is full. If you like aggressive play and feel confident managing that risk, you’re free to go all in. If you prefer a safer approach, you can manage fatigue and fight more steadily. At the end of the day, you have more freedom to decide how you want to play. This is a pretty big change, and I’d really love to hear your thoughts. Player feedback matters a lot to me!show more

I didn’t expect Grok’s video model to improve this... much. Today, when I was generating a video with Seedance 2.0, I found the results weren’t very good. So I tried using the exact same source material and prompt in Grok instead. To my surprise, Grok actually produced better results than Seedance 2.0. I’ve put the prompt and source material in the comments, so if you’re interested, you can give it a try too. The left side shows the video generated by Grok, and the right side shows the video generated by Seedance 2.0.show more

🤔 “WE NEED YOU HOME” - Annie “The Poet”... Guthrie chose that moment to plead for her mother’s return in Poetry? I HAVE SEEN THIS MOVIE BEFORE. I’m fairly sure I know how it ends. Only a few people would be aware The Ring Cam didn’t have a subscription. Let me explain how that works. If there is no subscription it won’t automatically upload to the cloud. If you have a subscription it will upload to the cloud BUT if you have access to the account you can delete it permanently instantly from the cloud. I hope I’m wrong on this but more importantly I hope Nancy Guthrie is ok. So remember that time machine I told you about?... I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #aishow more

I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less... than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. They say it all begins when you are down to your last 1 million and funny how I didn't even have up to a million Over the course of several days I began asking myself questions as to what I would have done with the money. I could have given my parent their dream house or gotten a car for myself, my mum and started my Agric business. Well, that was how Anxiety started with heavy palpitations and a pulse of 130 Not to bore you, allow me explain step by step as to how I bounced back 1) God - I wont lie to you, God and Prayers are very important in this WEB3. We have very few Normal people on here as this space is toxic enough to destroy you and your mental health 2) Network - See, I know all your idolos are telling you to grind hard which is factually correct but the real profits in this life are from who you know. Check SAYRAAH #WID 📈📉📊 content on networking for more information 2) Excellence - One little lesson I've learned from life is that excellence in itself is not restricted to a particular sphere but its a way of life. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this. Don't stop and don't settle, your future will thank you for it Over the next few days, I would be sharing some opportunities I recently found that I'm sure will print you money. Stay gluedshow more

my two favorite people saying the same thing “just... give it a try” 🥹 🦌: the most important thing is to just give it a try. i think the idea of taking that first step is one of the most important things in life 🦮: moments when we have to make big decisions can be scary, and i think that's completely normal. but the fact that something feels scary also means it’s a very important opportunity. that’s why i think it’s important to really think about what you want and then just give it a try. because if you don’t try, you’ll definitely regret it later onshow more

One of the nicest things about Stockbee’s bootcamp was... being able to talk about trading without boring everyone around me 😂 Back home, I hardly knew anyone who traded seriously. Being in a room with people who were just as interested in this stuff as I was meant a lot. But it’s not just about finding people who share your interest. You need people who are better traders than you, have more experience and an edge you can learn from. That can be uncomfortable. You think you understand a setup, then someone explains what they’re looking at and you realize how much you’ve been missing. That’s why I wanted to share this clip of stockbee walking us through a setup at his 2023 bootcamp. I’d rather ask a basic question in that room than spend another year at home making the same mistake. It’s tempting to stay around people who agree with you. I’m trying to put myself in more situations where I have to listen and learn. Even if I feel like the dumbest guy in the room for a while.show more

🎙️| Enzo Fernández on his future amid links away... from Chelsea🔵 “I love Chelsea, I really do. The fans have always supported me and I will always be grateful for that. But as a footballer, I need a team where they are ready to compete and win trophies, not Chelsea. you have to be honest with yourself. If a better opportunity comes along, you have to consider it. When I joined Chelsea, I believed the project would be competing for the biggest trophies every season. Instead, it feels like we’ve been stuck in the same cycle for years. Every season starts with promises, and every season ends with people talking about the future instead of celebrating success. I cannot spend my career waiting for things to happen. I am at a stage where I want to compete, I want to win, and I want to be fighting for the biggest trophies in football every year. Chelsea will always be a big club, but right now I need to think about my ambitions as well. If a club comes that is ready to win now, not in three or four years, then of course I have to listen. Football careers are short. You cannot keep asking players to be patient forever.”show more

People get so emotional about DNA issues that they... refuse to think reasonably. If you, on your own volition, wake up one morning, and decide to go have a DNA paternity test of "your" children, then you must also be ready for the results that will come back to you. You must have reasonable cause to go for the test. That reasonable cause means you are not 100% sure if the kids are yours and hence need a confirmation test. The DNA centers are supposed to take you through counseling before you sign on to do the test. Don't go for a test and later come and disturb us online with the results. Nobody asked for it. The situation is different if you need to have the DNA test to help you complete some documentation for traveling etc. That one you didn't request for the test out of your own volition. So I can understand you if you are surprised when the results come. There are a lot of negative things in the... world. There’s a lot of terrible things that are happening all over the world all the time. There are lots of problems that need to get solved. So, lots of things that are miserable and kind of get you down. But life cannot just be about solving one miserable problem after another. That can’t be the only thing. There need to be things that inspire you. That make you glad to wake up in the morning and be part of humanity. Earth is the cradle of humanity, but you cannot stay in the cradle forever. It is time to go forth, become a star-faring civilization. I find that incredibly exciting. That makes me glad to be alive. I hope you feel the same way. — Elon Muskshow more

Gather - work in progress what if your notes... app felt more like a physical notebook? you can have pages with your notes, your tasks, your thoughts, your inspiration and organize them in a way that is meaningful to you. each page is a little canvas. it might look a little bit like a gimmick, but once you try it, you might feel differently. when designing Gather, Ajay Sabs and i draw our inspiration more than anything from physical things. we’ve always wanted to try and re-create some of the feelings and romanticism we associate with physical notebooks, books and magazines. we’ve always felt there was something special about how pages have an order and how you’re mind creates visual and spatial connections depending on how things are organized - particularly things that you’ve written, revisit often or have a significance to you. the notebook view is an idea we’ve played with for a very long time. and its a lot more than just swiping between pages. this is just a little peek. we are also working on other views that are optimized for different use-cases and different modes of thinking. we’re excited to share some of those soon.show more
