i.e., sustained elevated heartrate is the key. Run. Ride. Swim. Skip rope. Dance and sing for 28 minutes if that's what it takes, just get your heartrate up every day and your health will improve.

That’s all well and good but I had a mom who smoked (since she was 19), was diabetic for years and lived until 90 (should’ve been longer but the hospital forced her vaccination (which she was opposed but they basically said she was a prisoner unless she accepted the poison)… This woman was devouring at least three books a week, was completely cognizant of what the government was doing. Has EVERYTHING to do with genetics and (btw), everything we ate was homemade-let’s talk about the poison…

I've seen studies showing going very hard for 10-20 seconds on cardio then resting, and repeating 4-5 times which takes about 6 minutes to complete showed much better endurance output then someone doing four 45 minute cardio sessions per work, i been doing this for 7 years now.

This is incorrect. All the exercise in the world is not as effective as fasting.
