Works out of the box with a DynamicMeshComponent 👀 Fun when you can use @WWeynants awesome @UnrealEngine PCG tool to make 3D decals.

@WWeynants Ok this is just too much fun

More info about it over at

@UnrealEngine Everything you do should be default engine feature! Well done, mean it’s much needed

@UnrealEngine

@UnrealEngine will it work with procedurals? such as foliage, grass(stones mostly) and pcg?

@UnrealEngine yes to all

@UnrealEngine Will be picking it up as soon as it drops on Fab!

@UnrealEngine does it get additional baking treatment and optimization?

@UnrealEngine This looks amazing. Do you have a price set yet?

@UnrealEngine Sir, we waiting here! The money is catching dust!

@UnrealEngine Is this The meshblend the one used in subnautica 2 ?

@UnrealEngine Yes

@UnrealEngine I'm so excited for this! cant wait to see it fully released!

@UnrealEngine This is awesome😍

@RenaudGaland @UnrealEngine Hell yea

@UnrealEngine Bro is building the earth😭

@UnrealEngine Question, how is this different from this super old approach? Free Solution for Blending Meshes Into Landscape

@UnrealEngine It lets you blend meshes with other meshes. In any direction. RVT has many limitations. And you can only blend against landscape.

@UnrealEngine I want it now

@UnrealEngine Release it already!

@UnrealEngine Nice! Much better than the native approach in Unreal.!

@UnrealEngine 🙌

@UnrealEngine It truly is impressive!

@UnrealEngine and then you clear the redundant geometry right? ...right?

@UnrealEngine I'd wait 10 times longer for a shader cache compilation in my games just to see the results of that.

@UnrealEngine base on RVT?

@UnrealEngine No

@UnrealEngine Excellent work! Is it easy to use/install for cinematics?

@UnrealEngine This reminds me of a time I made a cleanup tool for a project, which was able to find all the meshes the player would never be able to see.

@UnrealEngine Holy cow, release date when?

@UnrealEngine 1-2 weeks

@UnrealEngine @versluis

@UnrealEngine It's looking fantastic! I guess why something like this doesn't come with the native UE version

@UnrealEngine Did you just show a basic RVT blend?

@UnrealEngine No. It was mostly meshes blending with other meshes, in any direction etc. It's something else 😄

@UnrealEngine Can’t wait!

@UnrealEngine Is this showing off UV blending?

@CGWmagazine @UnrealEngine It took sooooo many hours to make those nice blends back in another lifetime when I worked in the gaming industry…

@UnrealEngine about pricefinding....consider that EVERYONE want to have this

@UnrealEngine What’s different from this and using the default rvt system in engine?

@iamthedevilsec @UnrealEngine Can blend any mesh. Not just against landscape.

@iamthedevilsec @UnrealEngine Plus it works in 3d space not just 2d top down. Is that assumption correct @toreler?

@iamthedevilsec @UnrealEngine Correct. No RVT texture sampling restrictions like that.
