Another fun (and active!) series of experiments on our fram2 mission. Project: Efficient Exercise 💪🏻 Question: How can we a) shorten necessary exercise time and b) develop a portable device for use in space? Fun facts: - We tested blood flow restriction (BFR) training with a compact resistance device... show more

@framonauts Thanks for taking part in improving our space operations capabilities ... and for sharing with us! This is important so we can begin sending 1,000s of people to live and work in space and on other planets!

Expand the possibilities of your metabolic research. Resipher tracks real-time cellular oxygen consumption in standard 96-well plates, delivering continuous real-time data directly from your incubator. Request a free virtual demo or quote today >>

@framonauts awesome! could u then be wearing an entire suit that constrics blood flow a little with weights spread around so that daily movement could counteract decay and there would be no need to work out?

@framonauts A great example to show that this was not a touristic mission - even if the press would prefer that headlines We very much appreciate your reports !

@framonauts Thanks for posting @rprogge, a real privilege to see a study that we designed in space, thank you for be willing to take part to push on the science to help us maintain muscle and bone health in space. @Hytrotraining @DelfiLV @NorthumbriaUni @SheffieldHallam @SHU_AWRC

@framonauts Cool to see that private spaceflight is used for technological advancement!

@framonauts Your self sacrifice to advance human spaceflight is honorable and appreciated. I hope to one day see the results of these. I hadn't realized you all performed so many.

@framonauts I see you did more useful things than just looking out the window.

@framonauts BFR was all the rage in lifting circles a while back. Interesting to see it applied here

@framonauts @astronowi un video que expliques esto please
