Journalist: My car's mileage was 10 to 11 in city. After E20 petrol, the mileage has been reduced to 7. Nitin Gadkari: You can't calculate avg of your car by yourself. Only a machine can check your avg and only then I will believe that mileage of your car has reduced. I do understand that there are lots of misinformation and fake videos regarding E20 petrol. But Nitin Gadkari's stance that E20 Petrol is not affecting cars is absolutely laughable. Even if I assume that E20 Petrol is not harming E20 compliant cars but what about cars which are only E10 compliant. Nitin Gadkari has no idea about how much people are turning against him. The decision to rush E20 Petrol and impose it on everyone within such a short time is not looking good now.

XP100 TEST SHOWS WHY E20 ANGER IS REAL 🚨 A creator tested 5 litres of normal E20 against 5 litres of XP100 with zero ethanol in the same Skoda Slavia, keeping the route and cruising speed almost identical. E20 ran around 97 km. XP100 ran 116 km. That is 19.4 km/l vs 23.2 km/l. Important caveat: XP100 is high-octane performance fuel with additives, so this is not a perfect lab test of normal pure petrol vs E20. OPINION: If fuel changes mileage this much, give people a choice at petrol pumps. Do not force E20 on everyone and then call complaints propaganda.

The govt says no issues have been reported in parameters such as drivability, startability, metal compatibility, and plastic compatibility.
