Back pain is VERY common, & for many, debilitating. If it was easy to fix then it wouldn’t be the most common cause of disability in 🇺🇸. Its not, it’s complicated. For those looking for answers because you’ve struggled with traditional treatments, I made this video for you.

So much catastrophic disinformation in on video?

The unfortunate biproduct of this video is people will listen to it and think if they have back pain then they have weak ligaments in their back that can't get stronger, which isn't true. If you're trying to make people think the spine isn't strong/robust, then you're doing great

My goal is educate. To provide a non-traditional opinion. I agree but I also want people to realize that some issues will never fully resolve/improve. I want them to be realistic that if they do 30 sessions of PT & if they plateau, the reason why.

Is this video satire? There is a shocking amount of disinformation here. Either incredibly misinformed or deliberately misleading. I don't even know where to begin 🤦♂️

WTaF?!?!? Have you actually ever read any scientific research about LBP in the last 20 years???

You trying to “simplify” an incredibly complex condition makes it difficult to convince our patients that their spines are indeed not made of glass. This does nothing but teach fear-avoidant behavior.

🗑️

Hope you read this then retake another video ; Doc....u can certainly do better 👊

Please update yourself on current literature about low back pain and lumbar radiculopathies before making a video that instills fear in people with pain. All this video does is make a person feel like they’re made of glass instead of reassurance that they will get better.
