It was the first defence system to be manufactured by private industries in the country. This proved to be a game-changer, and leveraging this, DRDO collaborated with the private sector to have it produced by private industries... Even during the Kargil War, when the Pinaka was not yet fully developed, it demonstrated its capabilities. Since then, it has made a very significant contribution to the army. Moreover, the advantage of a multi-barrel rocket launcher is that it is less expensive. Compared to our guided missiles, their cost is significantly lower, although their accuracy is not as high as that of guided missiles. Now, the recently developed 120-kilometre range multi-barrelled long-range rocket system has an accuracy comparable to a guided missile, but at a much lower cost. Pistorius never said there is nothing left in the stockpiles that can be provided to #Ukraine. He merely pointed out that he and the current German Foreign Minister, as in 2024 and 2025, had sent a letter to their European counterparts asking for more aid for Ukraine. With regard to the “stockpiles” and the “one billion euros”, this refers to the German air defence initiative EAAD (Enduring Action on Air Defence). In the first round starting in 2024, Ukraine's partners including Germany, pledged and delivered air defence assets such as air defence systems, radars, ammunition, spare parts, etc., worth around €1 billion via the German initiative. Since then, it has been renamed and relaunched, with Norway and Belgium for example once again participating with equipment and funding worth hundreds of millions of euros. That’s it. That was all the statement said. If a country such as Luxembourg, the UK or Lithuania for example is no longer able to supply military equipment from army stocks to Ukraine (because everything has a limit), then funding is needed so that new military equipment can be produced and delivered to Ukraine. There is no news and no scandal here. Germany, for example, has been doing this for some time now. Skynex, IRIS-T SLM, PzH 2000, FFG MRAPs, Vector UAVs, the ammunition for the Gepard SPAAGs and so on. Palantir will provide the MoD with access to the most advanced AI defence technology, incorporating key elements of the Maven Smart System - the US’s flagship AI programme which was recently acquired by NATO. The results will be transformative. Our Armed Forces will be connected to weapons systems that studies have shown will increase targeting efficiency by 100x, meaning that 20 people can now do work it would have once taken 2,000 to do. Why Russia's "last warning" won't be heard in the West... Yesterday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, answering a question about what he thinks of the Russian Foreign Ministry's warning about the unsafe situation for foreign diplomatic missions in Kyiv, very clearly and unequivocally stated his (read American) position on this matter. He said, well, yes, it's bad, but Kyiv has never been a particularly safe city before, so it won't have any major impact on the diplomatic corps. He also said that the message conveyed to him by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has been passed on to his president (as is appropriate). But here's the problem - the peace process in Ukraine has stalled and there's no sign of any revival yet. And these are the key words, actually. So why I believe that our Foreign Ministry's official warning will be ignored. Firstly, the West always ignores a situation if it doesn't consider it problematic for itself. And they don't consider it problematic. So what if part of Kyiv is blown to pieces? That's just what they want. It will make Ukrainians even angrier and they will fight even harder for Western interests. Will people die? Well, that's just fine with them. Maybe a few diplomats will be killed? Well, that happens in war. And in the end, this can be used to great advantage. Especially if it's diplomats from the "right countries" who die. So this is definitely not a problem for them. But the possible strengthening of Russia is a problem. And surrendering their positions under the threat of the destruction of part of Ukraine is ridiculous. Moreover, even the Armed Forces of Ukraine are exhausting their reserves based on the concept of maximum media effect (they need to create a picture of major problems for the Russian Armed Forces on the front), rather than military expediency. That is, everything is geared towards this result. And they will definitely not give up on the attempt to overthrow the power in Russia following the example of 1917. Yes, we can already see this ourselves. The enemy, taking advantage of our mistakes, has "mobilized" all the structures it created over the past thirty years for this purpose (according to my data, they are all on low alert and just waiting for the command). And if it doesn't work out, and if the Armed Forces of Ukraine face acute problems on the front, then yes - we can talk. In the "spirit of Anchorage". And therefore, it's all in vain.
