I like putting iodine on my forearm almost every night. It helps me with my diet. It used to absorb really quickly and now after I've been doing it more consistently it tends to stay there for longer before it's totally absorbed. Its necessary for proper thyroid function.

That’s why I won’t swim in chlorine pools… or hot tubs. Nasty germs too in those hot tubs 🤮 unless it’s your own and it’s saltwater foget it. The ocean is the best place to swim or clean freshwater lakes. Refreshing

I can fix her Hashimoto’s without medication and without worrying about taking hot showers. Only through dieting. Done it on me, my brother and mother. What’s her X handle? I want to help her out, because all these guys and doctors don’t know what they’re saying.

Install salt systems instead of using chlorine. Purified rainwater if possible. Then you don't get the drugs, that they can't filter out. Adjust pH levels to just higher than average for the human body. They say a higher pH help fight the big C. You wouldn't believe the benefits of baking soda. More than removing smells from the refrigerator. Was taught to use it to remove toxins and radioactive contamination from the human body.

Hot springs are still good though....most places don't add chlorine.

5 drops of lugol’s iodine in my coffee, every morning, for over 10 years.
