ACTFUALLY THIS IS A SLIME

danm thats so coll!!!

Very cool! The article is a great resource, too!

Would you be kind to share an image of your diffuse step scratch? I'm having some issues with stamping into my RT and try to figure out why. Thanks

Hey! Will do later. Which step exactly is not working for you? But personally (idk if can be related) I had am issues that Particle driven SimStage was erasing all other parameters and bot saving any prev frame data. I solved it by creating a secondary grid, just to store particle position uv location and then called it in second main grid

The quality of your gradient in the RT is quite yummy. Mine sucks. I'm just curios how you set up the stamp. And yes...you need a ping-pong....stupid thing cannot read and write in the same stage.

so, about the RT, why it looks smooth I run a 3x3 neihgbours blur box and then added a decay factor (x0.98 or something) here's the diffuse step

Thanks

looks like that yellow plant/cell thing that searches for food like this

This would go crazy in my backrooms survival game (not a puzzle walking simulator lol)
