My warm-ups are detailed and thorough. I use them to assess, teach, and prepare. A good warm-up sets the table for a quality session. Why half-ass it when we can use it to reinforce proper positions and mechanics? Kill two birds with one stone.

13 weeks ago I was told to go make peace with my family, make sure my Will was in order & contact Hospice. Then I could only high bar squat the bar for 3. 8 weeks later I could do 95 lbs for multiple sets of 3. Today I hit 205 for 3 on quarter squats. #Unbreakable
