I stopped making AI click around Blender. Mixar gives agents direct control + multi-agent workflows + real 3D skills. No more UI simulation. Tested it on my game. One run: full procedural Pegasus with hair, wings, and a control rig the agent built on its own. Same models, smarter...

@mixie3D You know it's illegal to post a sponsor post without declaring it's a sponsorship right? I think someone needs to be reported.

@mixie3D I don't get it. Also, can't anyone just fork it, strip them from the service and wire up their own connection to local AI or codex or Claude, etc. I don't understand why anyone would pay for this. In a day or two you could gut it and fit it to your needs locally.

@mixie3D How much cleanup did the Pegasus need once you got it into your game engine?

@mixie3D Did the agent also test the rig in a few poses, or did you handle that check yourself? Curious whether it can spot a bad wing fold from the rendered views.

@mixie3D What words should I use to create smooth animations in AI?

@mixie3D That Pegasus need some human touch. Its not so hard to rig it and weight transfer before asking it to animate. Guess I will stick with my hybrid workflow for now

@mixie3D Direct tool access beats pixel-clicking every time. The real unlock is not “AI using Blender”—it’s agents operating a programmable 3D environment with reusable skills and verifiable outputs.

@mixie3D Wow this is really cool. Yeah I stopped using Blender and now I do this. As many pictures as I can, usually a minimum of three. Run it. You can actually move around in the world. I don't do game design. This is for my AI band music videos

@mixie3D The bigger unlock in creative tools is giving agents native access to the scene graph, not teaching them to imitate a person at the mouse. That makes complex edits composable and repeatable.

@mixie3D It never made sense to just make the ai click around, always seemed like a waste of time a resources. Direct control with 3d skills gives better results and lower effort. Win win all around

@mixie3D Since open ai drop Astra blender has become hot. This may have fixed the AAA slop we been getting over the last decade. Keep up the good work.

@mixie3D It also uploads your API key, or in the case of codex - your full auth state, straight into their backend...

@mixie3D I feel like all your content is fake. When I try the products you keep promoting (everyday a new one), none of it achievevthe same quality you claim to have achieved. Not gonna fall for any of your claims anymore

@mixie3D Just curious what was your blender + AI setup --> Was there any specific skills you were using?

can it change the wing proportions after rigging without losing the weights and controls? that kind of revision would say a lot about how usable the workflow is beyond the first generation.

@mixie3D so 'no more UI simulation' just moves the guessing inside the model, it still guesses 💀

@mixie3D They need this headless for Linux.

Hermes agent just left the terminal. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗽 dropped yesterday. native app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. for months Hermes was the agent that learned your projects, wrote its own skills, and built a model of who you are. all of it buried in terminal logs. now it has a window. the important part is that it's not a wrapper. it runs the same agent core, the same sessions, memory, and skills as the CLI. you can start a task in the terminal and finish it in the app without anything resetting. the state is shared across every interface, not copied between them. what the GUI actually adds: → streaming chat that shows live tool calls and inline reasoning instead of a spinner → a preview rail that renders pages, code, and images right beside the conversation → an artifacts panel that collects every file the agent has ever produced → remote gateway mode, so you can point the app at a VPS and run the heavy work elsewhere → skills, cron, profiles, and gateways managed point-and-click instead of through YAML → voice mode, drag-drop files, and inline image generation remote gateway mode is the one worth slowing down on. the agent runs 24/7 on a $5 server while you control it from your laptop like a local app. other agent UIs are chatboxes with a logo. this one shows the autonomy instead of hiding it, so you watch the skills load, the tools fire, and the artifacts pile up as it works. it was teased in Jensen's GTC keynote. MIT licensed, local-first, no telemetry. if you already run Hermes, download it and everything is already there. your chats, memory, and skills carry straight over. i wrote a full masterclass on Hermes Agent that walks through the SOUL. md identity layer, the three-tier memory system, the self-evolving skills loop, and how to run three specialized agents 24/7. desktop is the interface that finally does all of it justice. the article is quoted below.

The teams shipping AI agents right now are bleeding money on the dumbest possible expense: teaching a 400B-parameter model to read a file name. Every time an AI agent needs to "see" something today, it routes an image through a frontier model. OCR, object detection, checking if a button exists on screen. You're paying GPT-4o or Claude pricing for tasks that require perception, not reasoning. One agent workflow processing a few thousand screenshots per day can burn through more on vision calls than on the actual thinking. Perceptron's Isaac is 2B parameters. Built by the team that created Meta's Chameleon multimodal models. On perceptive benchmarks, it matches or beats models 50x its size. The VQA, OCR, and object detection scores are competitive with models running on infrastructure that costs orders of magnitude more. The MCP wrapper is the distribution play. One install command and every Claude Code agent can offload vision tasks to a model that runs on a single consumer GPU. The agent keeps its reasoning in the frontier model and routes perception to a specialist. That split is how you get vision-heavy agent workflows from "technically possible but expensive" to "cheap enough to run on everything." This is the same pattern that won in every other compute-intensive stack. General-purpose handles orchestration. Specialists handle the heavy lifting. Graphics went through it. Audio went through it. Video encoding went through it. Vision in AI agents is next. The teams building agents that see 10,000 images a day will care about this before anyone else does.

elon musk grabbed the source code openai open-sourced by accident, rewrote it in rust over a weekend, and shipped it as a free coding agent that does everything $200/mo chatgpt pro does. why pay $200 to openai and $200 to claude when this runs for $8 the swarm above is one weekend of exactly that: thousands of agents pouring through four endpoints, three paid seats billing $1.80 a task while the free fork bills $0. musk co-founded openai, walked out, and when they left codex on github under a permissive license, he forked it, stamped grok on it, and gave it away what the free version does that the $200 seat charges for: the agent · openai's own engine -> it reads your repo, writes patches, runs your tests, and loops until they pass, exactly like codex -> because under the hood it is codex, just faster and free. you are paying $200 for the paid skin of a tool now sitting on github the license · apache-2.0, un-revocable -> free to use, free to fork, free to ship inside your own product with zero strings -> openai cannot pull it back. musk made sure the license is the kind that never expires the switch · one line, no new tools -> point it at any openai-compatible or claude-compatible endpoint, including an $8 kimi backend -> same terminal, same workflow, gpt-5.6 and opus 5 just quietly lose the seat the bill · $400 down to $8 -> chatgpt pro plus claude max is $400 a month. the free agent plus an $8 kimi key does the same daily work -> that is a 98% cut, built out of openai's own source code, handed to you by the guy suing them here is the part they will fight me on: openai did not lose this to a better model, they lost it to their own license and an enemy with a weekend free. the $200 was never the tool, it was the toll, and musk just put openai's own logo on the road around it drop your $400/mo ai stack to $8. the run above is openai's own agent, rewritten free, doing the job it bills $200 a month for. the full breakdown is in the article below

voice prompting is 4x faster than typing. but i NEEEDED more. Nvidia parakeet allows me to fully voice control an agentic development environment with commands firing in under 300ms. and it runs 100% local. I added gpt realtime 2.1 mini, its 20% faster, 7 to 20x cheaper, and lets you have full jarvis style control of your vibe coding agents. but what about orchestration? agents can spawn each other, prompt each other, and read each others output with the CNVS mcp and cli. Fable 5 can create a plan, spawn 10 grok agents to execute, and a kimi k3 agent to review. parallel agents code at 1,000s of TPS anthropic's own research shows improvements ACROSS the board for multi agent workflows over single agent but only CNVS lets you choose exactly which orchestration, worker, and reviewer agent you would like to use. grok, kimi, qwen, claude, codex... the cross agent memory system is based on real 2026 research so all agents share the same brain, its on demand so it never bloats context. what about remote agents?? You can create remote canvasses that run agents your virtual private servers, they keep working even if your mac shuts off, and you can even vibe code straight to production. CNVS is built from the ground up ENTIRELY in swift for RAW performance on apple hardware. PS - its a LIFE TIME LICENSE because you don't need another subscription. PPS - I ship updates every week based off user feedback and livestream myself building it everyday. PPPS - it uses all your existing ai subs, so no api pricing here.
