Everyone wants agent swarms. Very few people are talking seriously enough about the context layer that makes swarms useful. Even with one agent, context is fragile. Too little context and the agent guesses. Too much context and it wastes tokens, loses focus, or reasons over irrelevant noise. The sweet spot is precise context: the right knowledge, in the right structure, at the right moment. With many agents, that challenge explodes. Each agent produces decisions, assumptions, findings, summaries, risks, and partial conclusions. Unless that knowledge becomes shared, structured, and reusable, every new agent is forced to rediscover what another agent already learned. That is not a swarm. That is a crowd. Shared context graphs are what turn agent activity into agent collaboration, and OriginTrail DKG V10 brings them to life. Was just playing with some final polishing for the V10 release, and it is really powerful to see shared context graphs where multiple agents contribute knowledge into the same connected memory, with attribution visible directly in the graph ui. That matters for three reasons. First, agents can access and build on one shared memory instead of staying trapped in isolated sessions. Second, the graph structure helps them retrieve the exact context they need, instead of stuffing everything into a prompt and hoping the model sorts it out. Third, verifiability of provenance. New open source project: Easel, a macOS workspace for AI-assisted product design and frontend iteration powered by the Codex SDK. Think of it as "Claude Design for Codex." It brings together a local project library, design-system setup, Codex chat, and a live web preview with a point-and-click inspector. Set up your design system however you like. Import one from Figma , bring your own, or have the agent generate it as a design.md. Then use it to build prototypes and slide decks. I built the clipboard I always wanted for working with AI agents. It’s called Bluey and It’s 100% local-first. It lives under your mouse cursor. You can draw on your screen, speak to it, or type what you mean, and Bluey turns all of that into rich context for Claude Code or Codex. I’ve been using it to design websites and debug UI because I can finally say things like “move this here” or “make this section feel cleaner” while pointing at the actual screen. No more writing long explanations. No more manually describing screenshots. No more agents getting lost because they don’t know what “this” or "that" means. You can just point to it, speak or type and it will curate the best possible context for your agents Bluey captures the screenshot, annotation, transcript, app/window context, and the details your agent needs, then sends it directly into your coding session. New short course: LLMs as Operating Systems: Agent Memory, created with Letta, and taught by its founders Charles Packer and Sarah Wooders. An LLM's input context window has limited space. Using a longer input context also costs more and results in slower processing. So, managing what's stored in this context window is important. In the innovative paper MemGPT: Towards LLMs as Operating Systems, its authors (which include the instructors) proposed using an LLM agent to manage this context window. Their system uses a large persistent memory that stores everything that could be included in the input context, and an agent decides what is actually included. Take the example of building a chatbot that needs to remember what's been said earlier in a conversation (perhaps over many days of interaction with a user). As the conversation's length grows, the memory management agent will move information from the input context to a persistent searchable database; summarize information to keep relevant facts in the input context; and restore relevant conversation elements from further back in time. This allows a chatbot to keep what's currently most relevant in its input context memory to generate the next response. When I read the original MemGPT paper, I thought it was an innovative technique for handling memory for LLMs. The open-source Letta framework, which we'll use in this course, makes MemGPT easy to implement. It adds memory to your LLM agents and gives them transparent long-term memory. We’ve been in private beta with a human + AI workspace similar to Buzz, with a few really important differences: (We previously built a company backed by Slack that sold to Atlassian, so we've been thinking about this problem for a while) - Agents reply by default unless you specifically flip to “team chat.” This feels 10x better than having to @ mention the agent every time. - It’s all in the cloud, with shared compute spread across a set of VMs. Way smoother onboarding, and yes, you can still connect your claude/codex subscriptions - You don’t create an army of agents. Number of agents is a vanity metric. Instead, you create shared computers, each one is a “space” where you define shared memory, connectors, skills, automations, etc. The Type agent pulls the appropriate context from the space where you have the conversation. - You can connect it to Slack to make it easy for your team to adopt and slowly move over rather than having to rip out Slack day 1. We’re working with a couple dozen forward thinking companies, who have told us “the whole team loves type”, “it’s the most used app on my computer”, and “type gives you superpowers” Here's a demo of how it works. It has a much larger context window and is much cheaper as well Combine that with local OCR and local screen detection model based on Omniparser by Microsoft it works under 100ms action taking when combined with Cua I also put in a harness for Nous Research Hermes with it.
