‘There’s no lats engagement’ Dude, it’s because I have no lats. And now like seriously; I dislike hypertrophy block. Very much.

This video is showing *4 different lat pulldown attachments* and which part of the back each one 1. *4 attachments. 4 back targets.* 2. *Build a wider, thicker back* Close grip → Mid back | Rope → Teres | V-bar → Lower lats | Wide bar → Outer lats 3. *Lat pulldown breakdown* 🔥

60kg straight-arm pulldown. Be honest... Do you guys actually feel your lats working on this, or do you just pretend until the set is over? 😭

The MAG grip lat pulldown attachments are legit. Especially this close grip one which smashes the lats to bits. Elbow tucked, scrape elbow against rib cage and imaging driving elbows into back pocket. Big fan!

Dumbbell Pullovers are nostalgic. If you can't access a good chest press or the lat pulldown/chin up bar is taking. A great option to hit your lats or chest if executed correctly. Don't sleep on these.

After posting my 120 kg lat pulldown, I saw just how terrified some men get when a woman is strong. Suddenly everyone’s a form expert: “no reps,” “ego lifting,” “all shoulders.” Here’s the thing ; without “ego lifting,” I’d never be squatting 140 kg for five reps or deadlifting 190 kg. Strength doesn’t come from playing it safe. And living in that range. These comments only prove one thing: too many men measure the world by the size of their xxxxx, not the power of their mind. Strength always exposes weakness….

- Weighted pull ups - Seated cable rows - Wide grip pull down - Single arm lat pulldown - Machine chest supported row or T-bar row 2-3 sets. 0-2 RIR. 2x per week Pull narrow for lats. Pull wide with arms flared for upper back. Use vertical and horizontal variation for both.

Lat Pulldown, keep reps under control. Self critique, my form is not that good here. To hit the lats better, my hands should be closer together, and elbows traveling from high to my hip staying close to the body . My form here will hit more rhomboid. Stay Stronk!! #strengthtraining #gaybear
