Just got both knees X-ray’d have very little cartilage left, kneecaps sit higher than normal Ortho said I’ll need a knee replacement at some point. Im only 59. Will these exercises help when the cartilage is basically gone?

I can’t advise on specific medical conditions but I can provide a video showing even further regressions for the knee: How to Rebuild Your Knees From The Ground Up! I’ve been sent 1000s of success stories for every condition I’ve hear of, because it’s not based on curing anything, it’s about increasing ability to handle demand, so life gets easier to some degree.

Thank you!!

Well done! Yep it’s part of it! Knee and hip strength and flexibility.

My mom loves seeing your tips.

Thank you for sharing! Keep me posted 🙏

Do you have anything for hip? Doc says I need hip replacement but I feel no pain on my hip. More like stiffness of muscles next to the shin.

Look at you turning injury into strength for you and your mom. You rock. Can she dunk yet?

مذهل! إعادة التمرين بنفسه لمدة ثماني سنوات. النصائح بسيطة ولكنها فعالة للغاية.

It’s also about chronic insulin resistance.
