That really looks outstanding. And the fact that it's real-time, not locked to the camera view is amazing! I know it's going to be an instant buy 🤓

Have been trying to find a grease pencil shader this whole time. This is absolutely fantastic, looking forward to the release!

I’ve nearly fleshed out all the features, but it’ll need a few more weeks to polish everything. It’s not Grease Pencil at all - it’s entirely geometry and displacement shaders, so it interacts nicely with shadows, reflections, etc.

Can you keep using regular shaders or does it have to remove other shaders to work?

You can - this is literally just a piece of geometry in 3D space, so it doesn’t interfere with or limit anything else. The key is that all real-time calculations happen entirely in the material using displacement, which makes it 100x faster than Grease Pencil or other approaches.
