I would add: Get rid of plastic cutting boards, filter your drinking water and cook on cast iron instead of non-stick pans. And most of all, get into ketosis, which induces autophagy - cellular level waste removal!

The challenge is other sources of water are contaminated and now have fluoride. Also they lack certain minerals that help remove heavy metals. So what's the alternative.
